HVY CHECK SUBMISSION - CORROSION FOUND ON WASTE DOUBLER CUTOUT AT REAR BARREL FRAME 75-76. REPAIRED IAW AIRBUS REO.
WHEN HEATER TURNED ON THERE WAS A BURNING SMELL. REMOVED AND INSTALL GALLEY HEATER. OPS CHECK GOOD. THIS CLEARS MEL. NO MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS NEEDED FOR CREW OR PAX AND NO EMERGENCY DECLARED.
AFT GALLEY HEATER ODOR WHEN TURNED ON THAT DID NOT DISSIPATE. SMELLED LIKE A WOMANS HAIR DRYER. FOUND LINT ON GALLEY SCREEN, LINT REMOVED. PLACED ON MEL. REMOVED AND REINSTALLED THE AFT GALLEY HEATER TO FURTHER IINSPECT THE COMPONENT, FOUND DUST AND OTHER FOD. REMOVED ALL FOD. CLEARED MEL.
RIGHT WAIV FAILED OPEN DURING INFLIGHT TEST. PERFORMED FIM, NO FAULT. WING ANTI ICE FUNCTION TEST C/W CHECKED SERVICEABLE.
BRAKE ON CAUTION MESSAGE ON DESCENT. CYCLED THE PARKING BRAKE A FEW TIMES AND BOTH PILOTS CYCLED THEIR BRAKE PEDALS. THE MESSAGE WOULD NOT CLEAR. FEW SECONDS AFTER GEAR DOWN MESSAGE CLEARED. PERFORMED BRAKE RTS TEST, NO FAULT NOTED.
