DURING MAINTENANCE PREFLIGHT ,RH FIRE LP 2 EICAS MSG APPEARED , MTX GROUNDED A/C AND DEFERRED RH LP 2 LOOP FOR DEPARTURE IAW MEL 26-11-1-1, PLACARD INSTALLED, MBCB 06/13/26, A/C RELEASED NO ETOPS , PLACARD ROTATED.AND RETURNED A/C TO SERVICE.
EICAS MSG LE FLAP ASYM FLAP INDICATOR STOPPED BETWEEN 1 AND UP. A/C THEN PERFORMED AIR TURN BACK (ATB) TO FIELD AND LANDED. MTX GROUNDED A/C AND TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND #4 SLAT SENSOR "S279" OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. PLACED SENSOR BACK TO CORRECT INDUCTANCE RANGE, REF B767 AMM 27-88-01. ALL TESTS, FUNCTIONS, AND INDICATIONS NORMAL. A/C REMAINS ETOPS 180. MTX RETURNED A/C TO SERVICE
MAIN DECK CARGO FIRE PANEL POSITION A2 HAS FAULT LIGHT ILLUMINATED. MTX GROUNDED A/C MTX C/W AFOLTS TEST IAW B767 AMM 26-10-00 OPS CHECK GOOD NO MSG AT THIS TIME. AND RETURNED A/C TO SERVICE.
DURING PUSH. WHEN WE STARTED THE RIGHT ENGINE, "R ENG CONTROL" AND "R ENG MODE EEC EICAS" SHOWED.AND A/C RETURNED TO GATE (BTB),MTX GROUNDED A/C AND TROUBLESHOT TO LEFT GEAR TILT SENSOR "S267" FAULTED. REMOVED & REPLACED THE SENSOR, REF B767 AMM 32-09-02. ALL AIR/GROUND FUNCTIONS NORMAL. NO EEC FAULTS PRESENT.A/C VERIFIED ETOPS 180
ON TAXI OUT, RT ENGINE DID NOT TURN ON. TRIED MANUAL START, BUT NOTHING. A/C DID A GROUND RETURN (BTB). MAINTENANCE FOUND STARTER LEAKING. REMOVED AND REPLACED RH ENG STARTER PER BAMM 80-11-01. OPS CK NORMAL ON RUN UP. PER BAMM 71-00-00. ACFT REMAINS NO ETOPS. A/C RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON TAXI OUT AND WHILE ATTEMPTING TO START THE RIGHT ENGINE THE R STARTER EICAS W/ ASSOC VALVE DISCRETE LIGHT ILLUMINATED. A/C RETURNED TO BLOCKS (BTB). MTC DEFERRED R ENG START VALVE IAW B767 MEL 80-00-2-1 PLACARDS INSTALLED. MX PROCEDURES C/W. MBCB 04/25/26. A/C REMAINS NO ETOPS. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
IN CRUISE, RT STRUT DUCT LEAK AND RT ENG BLEED OFF LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. CREW DID AN AIR TURN BACK TO SDF. (ATB). MAINTENANCE RETERMINATED WIRE W 376-454 R-18 AT TS 238. PERFORMED GRND IDLE RUN. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO LIGHTS, NO MESSAGES. WORK DONE IAW RSWPM 20-30-00 & ABX RUNUP CHECKLIST B767-10A. AIRCRAFT REMAINS ETOPS 180. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
CREW REPORTED FWD EQUIP SMOKE LIGHT MESSAGE DID NOT TEST. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED FWD LOWER CARGO SMOKE DETECTOR IAW B767 AMM 26-16-01. OPS TEST GOOD. A/C REMAINS ETOPS 180. A/C RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING TAXI OUT Â RIGHT FLAPS STUCK AT FLAPS 1 WHEN SELECTED TO FLAPS 5Â .AC RETURNED TO THE GATE (BTB) AND MTX GROUNDED AC .MTX T/S AS PER FIM 27-58 FT 803, CYCLE FLAPS UP AND TO 5 DETENT NO ISSUES, NEEDLE REMAIN MOVING TOGETHER CYCLE FLAPS AT EACH DETENT 6 TIMES NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED OPERATING NORMAL AT THIS TIME.MTX RETURNED AC TO SERVICE.
PILOT REPORTED CARGO FIRE LOOP 2 YELLOW ILLUMINATED. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED AFOLTS TEST AS PER REF IAI SUPPLEMENT MAIN MANUAL 26-14-00, TEST NORMAL. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
MAIN CARGO DOOR LIGHT ILLMINATED ON PUSHBACK NEVER DISCONNECTED FROM TUG (BTB). MTX ENTERED ACFT AND OPENED MCD DOOR AND CHECKED OPERATION .CLOSED CARGO DOOR AND LOOKED. ADVISORY LIGHT ADVISORY LIGHT WENT OUT. OPS CHECK NORMAL AND IAW AMM 52-32-00, ACFT DEPARTED.
ON TAXI OUT, HAD STEERING ISSUES. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BLOCKS (BTB). CLEANED DEBRIS FROM NOSE STEERING BYPASS LEVER. LEVER NOW HAS FULL TRAVEL. OP'S CHECKS GOOD IAW AMM 32-51-00. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING TAXI OUT ALTN ANTISKID AND NORM ANTISKID STATUS MESSAGE ON GROUND ANTI-SKID EICAS MESSAGE APPEARED A/C RETURNED TO GATE (BTB) AND MTX GROUNDED A/C MTX THEN DEFERRED ANTI SKID IAW MEL ABX-32-42-1-1A AND RETURNED ACFT TO SERVICE.
AFTER START CHECKLIST WAS COMPLETED, AND LEFT PACK OFF EICAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED A/C RETURNED TO THE GATE (BTB) AND MTX GROUNDED A/C . MTX DEFERRED THE LEFT PACK IAW MEL ABX-21-51-1-1. AND RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING TAXI OUT, AFT CABIN TEMP MESSAGE APPEARED BEFORE ENG START. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO GATE (BTB). MAINTENANCE DEFERRED AFT ZONE TEMP MOD TRIM VALVE IAW ABX B767 MEL 21-61-1-2. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
