CREW REPORTS THE AVIONICS COOLING FAN MAKING NOISE. REMOVED THE DEFECTIVE COOLING FAN, INSTALLED A NEW COOLING FAN. THIS SAME FAN WAS REPLACED 3 MONTHS PRIOR AT 692.8 HRS. FUNCTIONAL CHECKED SATISFACTORY.

THE CREW REPORTED DURING CRUISE AT FL430, THE RT PITOT/STATIC HEAT ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. THE CREW REPORTED THAT THEY RECYCLED THE CIRCUIT BREAKER IAW CHECKLIST BUT THE ANNUNCIATOR REMAINED ILLUMINATED. TROUBLESHOOTING IDENTIFIED THE HEATED STATIC PORT AS DEFECTIVE, A NEW HEATED STATIC PORT WAS INSTALLED. FUNTIONAL CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY.

THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE FMC WAS NOT FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY. SYSTEM WOULD NOT GET TO INITIALIZATION PAGE. THE FMC-3000 P/N 822-0883-031 S/N 3411M WAS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE. A OVERHAULED UNIT WAS INSTALLED. SYSTEM OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY.
