ON INITIAL CLIMBOUT AN UNKNOWN ODOR/FUME BECAME PREVALENT IN BOTH THE COCKPIT AND THE CABIN. ALL CREWS EYES STARTED BURNING, NO SMOKE DETECTED OR OTHER CAS MESSAGES, ETC TO HELP DETERMINE ANY ISSUE. THE SMELL APPEARED TO BEGIN PERHAPS RIGHT AFTER THE APU WAS TURNED OFF THE BLEEDS WERE SWITCHED TO THE 10TH STAGE. WE RETURNED TO LAND QUICKLY AND THE SMELL WAS STILL ONBOARD UPON LANDING. CORRECTIVE ACTION: INSTALLED A NEW COALESCER BAG ON THE LH AND RH WATER SEPARATOR REF CL650 AMM TASK 21-51-13-160-801. PN: / 180849-28 NSN.
HYD PUMP 3A AMBER CAS: IN FLIGHT AT CRUISE , THE CAS MESSAGE HYD 3 LO PRESS ILLUMINATED. THE HYDRAULIC SCHEMATIC PAGE SHOWED THE 3A PUMP AND LINE IN YELLOW COLOR. POWERED AIRCRAFT AND COULD NOT GET PRESSURE INDICATION ON PUMP 1A. REMOVED AND REPLACED 1A LOW PRESSURE SWITCH PER MCC RECOMMENDATION IAW AMM 29-34-01. OPS CHECK FAILED. CHECKED VOLTAGE AT THE PUMP AND GOT ONLY 11VAC WHEN SWITCH WAS TURNED, SWAPPED 3A AND 3B RELAY (KIDB), OPS CHECK.FAILED. FOUND CLRCUIT BREAKER OUT. RESET BREAKER AND OPS CHECK FAILED AGAIN. CB POPPED SUSPECT FAULTY HYD 3A PUMP. REMOVED AND REPLACED HYD PUMP MOTOR 3A IAW CL-650 AMM 29-12-01, OPS CHECK GOOD, LEAK CHECK GOOD.
MAIN DOOR: MAIN CABIN DOOR WILL NOT OPEN. DOES UNLOCK , BUT WHEN PRESS TO RELEASE HANDLE BUTTON IS DEPRESSED MAIN HANDLE WILL NOT DEPLOY.
MAIN DOOR: ON MAIN CABIN DOOR, THE PUSH TAB DOES NOT RELEASE THE HANDLE AFTER USING KEY TO UNLOCK. CONSEQUENTLY, CABIN DOOR CANNOT BE OPENED. (PRE-FLIGHT) // SIGNOFF// OPENED DOOR FOR INSIDE TO AVTIVATE THE HANDLE. CLEAN AND LUBED MED HANDLE. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD. ALL WORK COMPLETED IAW CL-650 AMM 52-11-00, 52-11-07, AND 52-11-04.

ADJUSTED WIRING AND CONNECTOR SECURE AND REINSTALLED BACK AND FRONT COVER TO EMER EXIT SIGN LIGHT ASSY REF CL650 SMM 33-51-09. OPS CHECK GOOD REF CL650 SMM 33-51-00.
MAIN CABIN DOOR HANDLE WILL NOT EXTEND TO OPEN THE DOOR // SIGNOFF // INSPECTED CABIN DOOR EXTERIOR HANDLE AND FOUND HANDLE SHAFT TO BE DRY AND GUMMED UP WITH DEBRIS. CLEANED HANDLE SHAFT AND LUBRICATED. CYCLED HANDLE NUMEROUS TIMES WLTH NO DEFECTS NOTED. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO RIGGING WAS DISTURBED, NO ADJUSTMENTS NEEDED.
MAIN DOOR: MAIN ENTRY DOOR CANNOT BE OPENED. HANDLE CAN ONLY BE TURNED PARTIALLY. ATTEMPTED TO OPEN MED FROM EXTERIOR HANDLE NO ACCESS PERFORMED GVI OF AVAILABLE AREAS THROUGH VENT DOOR. NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED. GAINED ACCESS TO AIRCRAFT THROUGH BAGGAGE DOOR, ATTEMPTED TO OPEN DOOR FROM INTERNAL HANDLE. NO SUCCESS. PERFORMED GVI OF ALL DOOR LATCH/CAUTCH MECHANISM AND FOUND UPPER AFT ROLLER BEING IMPEEDED IN ITS COMPLETE TRAVEL BY LEATHER WRAPPED CLOSEOUT PANEL. REMOVED PANEL AND DOOR OPENED SUCCESSFULLY. REAPPLIED VELCRO TO PANEL ASSY AND REINSTALLED PANEL ASSY IN PROPER LOCATION AND PERFORMED SEVERAL OPS CHECKS OF THE DOOR IAW CL650 AMM 52-10-00 NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM BATTERY PACKS DO NOT ALLOW LIGHTS TO REMAIN ON MORE THAN 20 SECONDS, SHOULD REMAIN ON 15 MIN. POSSIBLE BATTERY PACK PROBLEM. COMMANDED BY MCC TO REPLACE EMERGENCY BATTERIES AT FS 280.00 AND FS 310.00. RAN APU FOR 1HR TO PROPERTY CHARGE BATTERIES. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECKED EMERGENCY LIGHT, OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD. ALL WORK DONE IAW Q6SOS AMM CHAPTERS 33-51-00, 33-51-01 AND 49-10-00.
