ON APPROACH, THE PILOT COULD NOT REDUCE THE POWER BELOW 1100 LBS TQ ON THE RT ENGINE. AT APPROX 10 MILES OUT THE PILOT PERFORMED AN INFLIGHT SHUTDOWN OF THE RT ENGINE & LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. FOUND THE FUEL CONTROL STICKING AT 1100 LBS TORQUE. R & R FUEL CONTROL UNIT. ENG GND RUN NORMAL.

ON APPROACH TO AIRPORT, THE PILOT EXTENDED THE LG & DID NOT RECEIVE A DOWN & LOCKED INDICATOR LIGHT ON THE RT MLG, THE RED GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED & THE GEAR WARNING HORN WAS SOUNDING BELOW 84% RPM. THE PILOT PERFORMED AN EMER LG EXTENSION PROCEDURES WITH THE SAME RESULTS. THE ACFT WAS DIVERTED, UPON LANDING, RT MLG COLLAPSED. THE PILOT WAS NOT INJURED. THE ACFT WAS RECOVERED FROM THE RUNWAY. INSPECTED THE RT MLG & FOUND THE DOWNLOCK BROKEN ON THE RT MLG DRAG BRACE, CAUSING THE GEAR TO COLLAPSE.

PILOT NOTIFIED TOWER OF INCIDENT, PERFORMED AN EMER EXTENSION OF LG & LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED FAULTY HYD POWER PACK MOTOR. R & R HYD POWER PACK MOTOR WITH SERVICEABLE UNIT. ALL OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE NORMAL.

ON INITIAL APPROACH TO GRI, NOSE GEAR POSITION INDICATOR LIGHT FAILED TO ILLUMINATE WHEN LG HANDLE WAS SELECTED IN THE DOWN POSITION. PILOT PERFORMED A MANUAL EXTENSION OF THE LG IAW ABNORMAL PROCEDURE LISTED IN AIRCRAFT FLIGHT MANUAL. PILOT PERFORMED A FLY BY THE TOWER TO VERIFY GEAR WAS IN THE DOWN & LOCK POSITION, AFTER TOWER CONCURRENCE, AS A PRECAUTION PILOT DECLARED AN EMERGENCY & LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MX TROUBLESHOOT REVEALED FAULTY NOSE GEAR DOWN LOCK SWITCH, NOTED SWITCH WAS R & R WITH NEW PART, MX PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF SWITCH, ALL CHECKED WERE NORMAL.
