DUE TO CORROSION BEYOND ACCEPTABLE LIMITS, 71 PERCENT MATERIAL LOSS, ON THE MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR LOWER TITANIUM STRIP. REPAIRED IAW ENGINEERING DRAWING F2MB222105A3 E01.
ACRID SMOKE ODOR, LIKE HOT ELECTRICAL WIRING, DETECTED IN THE COCKPIT, ENROUTE AT 26000 FT.
DURING CRUISE FLIGHT, CREW RECEIVED A CAS MESSAGE FOR LOW HYDRAULIC FLUID LEVEL ON NR 1 SYSTEM. AIRCRAFT LANDED. ON ARRIVAL AT AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE CREW FOUND A LEAKING MS FITTING. NO PRIOR MAINTENANCE WAS DONE TO OR AROUND THAT FITTING OR LINE AT OUR FACILITY. THE FITTING WAS SECURED BY TIGHTENING APPROXIMATELY 1/4 TURN AND NO LEAKS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE AFTER THAT AND NO FURTHER DEFECTS HAVE BEEN REPORTED.
NR 2 ENGINE THROTTLE INOPERATIVE. DURING CLIMB FROM 13000 TO 15000 FT, ENGINE AND WING ANTI ICE ON, TAT 0, AUTO THROTTLE ON, MANUAL SPEED, ACCELERATING FROM 300 TO 350 KIAS. AUTO THROTTLE DISENGAGED, APR ON, NR 2 ENGINE SURGING. RETARDED NR 2 ENGINE TO TOP OF WING ANTI ICE ARC ON N1, REGAINED CONTROL OF ENGINE USING LOW POWER SETTING. R & R RT ENGINE EDU AND INSTALLED MODIFIED UNIT IAW MM 77-40-01. REMOVED RT ENGINE EEC AND INSTALLED MODIFIED UNIT IAW MM 77-40-01. COMPLIED WITH OPS CHECK OF AUTO THOTTLE SYS IAW MM 22-30-710-801. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
AMBER PITCH FEEL AFTER T/O LEAVING 5000 FT AT 240 KNOTS. DID NOT FEEL ANY CONTROL CHANGES. INSTALLED BREALEASH BOX TO SWITCH. ACCESSED FAULT HISTORY & FOUND NO FAULT CODES. PERFORMED TEST OF PITCH ARTHUR IAW MM 27-308 UPON MOVEMENT OF HORIZ STAB TO +1 DEG 15, "PITCH FEEL" CAS ILLUMINATES & TEST FAILS. PERFORMED TEST OF CUSTOM I/O MODULES LAND 2 WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED IAW MM 31-425. SUSPECT FAULTY PITCH ARTHUR CONTROL UNIT. SUB SQK R & R ELEVATOR ARTHUR UNIT. COMPLIED WITH PRE-REMOVAL THROWS & FOUND ALL 3 POSITIONS OF ELEVATOR THROWS TO BE WITHIN LIMITS IAW MM 27-309. REMOVED IAW MM 27-318, INSTALLED IAW MM 27-318. COMPLIED WITH POST INSTALL CHECK. REF MM 27-318, SEC 4 AND 5. ES 206028.
IN FLT, A STRONG ODOR NOTICED COMING FROM GALLEY AREA. ODOR DISSIPATED WHEN GALLEY MASTER WAS SHUTOFF. LIGHT SMOKE NOTICED IN GALLEY AREA. GALLEY LIGHTS & WATER HEATER WERE THE ONLY EQUIPMENT ACTIVE AT THE TIME. REMOVED FWD GALLEY WATER HEATER & INSTALLED REPAIRED WATER HEATER. PERFORMED LEAK & OPS CHECK. NO FAULTS FOUND. ON INSPECTION OF REMOVED WATER HEATER FOUND WIRE CONNECTOR BURNED, DISCOLORED IN THE TOP COMPARTMENT. WIRE IS CONNECTED TO THE THERMALCOUPLE DISCONNECT FOR THE WATER HEATER. PERFORMED ENGINES RUNS. INSPECTED AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM AND FOUND NO ODOR OR SIGHT OF SMOKE. REF MM 38-10-00.
ON TAKEOFF ROLL AT 90KTS THE NR 1 ENGINE LOW OIL RED CAS MESSAGE CAME ON AND THE OIL PRESSURE GAUGE DROPPED BELOW 20 PSI. TROUBLESHOOT TO A LEAKING AGB FWD HYD PUMP SHIFT CARBON SEAL. REMOVED SEAL AND INSTALLED A NEW SEAL. REPLACED OIL PUMP IAW ER. PUMP PRESSURE CHECK GOOD. LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
ENG NR 1 SHUT DOWN BY FADEC (LOW OIL PRESS FLICKERED ON).
PITOT HEAT FAIL, AOA HEAT FAIL, STATIC PORT HEAT FAIL. INSPECTED BEHIND OVERHEAD C/B PANEL NO DEFECTS NOTED. FOUND AND RESET LT PITOT HEAT C/B. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL TEST AND GROUND RUN IAW FALCON 2000EX M/M 30-300. NO DEFECTS NOTED. INSPECTED BEHIND OVERHEAD C/B PANEL NO DEFECTS NOTED. FOUND AND RESET LT AOA HEAT C/B. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL TEST AND GROUND RUN IAW FALCON 2000EX MM 30-300. NO DEFECTS NOTED. INSPECTED BEHIND OVERHEAD C/B PANEL NO DEFECTS NOTED. FOUND AND RESET LT STATIC HEAT C/B. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL TEST AND GROUND RUN IAW FALCON 2000EX MM 30-300. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
