IAH - DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION CRACKS WERE DETECTED AROUND THE NUT PLATE HOLES FOR THE GRAB HANDLE IN THE COCKPIT ON OVERHEAD RIB. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED A DOUBLER REPAIR IN ACCORDANCE WITH SRM 53-12-16 AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION THE RT OVERHEAD PANEL IN THE COCKPIT WAS FOUND TO BE CRACKED. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED A DOUBLER REPAIR IN ACCORDANCE WITH TECHNICAL DISPOSITION ETD 2019-145-067895 AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE. BURNING ELECTRICAL ODOR FORWARD FRONT OF CABIN. FOUND ROW 7A SIDE WALL LIGHT RETAINER TO BE BURNING. REMOVED THE LIGHT IAW AMM 33-21-06.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE EMERGENCY LIGHT STRIPS AT SEATS 18 A & D WERE NOT ILLUMINATING. MAINTENANCE CHARGED THE EMERGENCY LIGHT STRIOS, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION THE LT AND RT AFT OVER THE WINGS EMERGENCY LIGHTS WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. MAINTENANCE R & R THE NR 4 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
THE CREW REPORTED AN ELECTRICAL BURNING ODOR AT 11A. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE ACFT AND R & R THE LIGHT HARNESS FOR SEAT 11A, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING MX INSPECTION THE AFT CABIN CEILING EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE. MX R & R THE NR 4 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY WITH OPS CHECK GOOD. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING C-CHECK, THE RT AFT SKIN WAS FOUND TO BE CRACKED AROUND FASTENERS BETWEEN FRAMES 77-79 AND STRINGERS 5-7R. MAINTENANCE REMOVED THE CRACKS BY REAMING AND PERFORMED BUSHING REPAIRS IAW EC5330-02830. THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING C-CHECK. THE MAIN DOOR LOWER FRAME WAS FOUND TO BE CORRODED. MAINTENANCE REMOVED THE CORROSION AND PERFORMED A DOUBLER REPAIR IAW EC5210-01154. THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

DURING C-CHECK, FRAME 65 WAS FOUND TO BE CORRODED BETWEEN STRINGERS 15-16L. MAINTENANCE REMOVED THE CORROSION AND PERFORMED A DOUBLER REPAIR IAW EC5310-01505. ACFT APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING C-CHECK, THE SHEAR TIE AT FRAME 68 BETWEEN STRINGERS 15-16L WAS FOUND TO BE CORRODED. MAINTENANCE REMOVED THE CORROSION AND PERFORMED A DOUBLER REPAIR IAW EC5320-01494, REVA. THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING C-CHECK, CRACKS WERE FOUND AROUND FASTENERS ON THE LT AFT SKIN FROM FRAMES 77-79 AND STRINGERS 5-7L. MX REMOVED THE CRACKS BY REAMING AND PERFORMED BUSHING REPAIRS IAW EC5330-02830. THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
NR 2 ENGINE MOUNT YOKE LOWER, FWD EAR AFT FITTING IS CRACKED. R & R NR 2 ENGINE MOUNT YOKE. ACFT RELEASED AND RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE CREW REPORTED A BURN LIKE ODOR IN THE CABIN - COCKPIT. THE ACFT WAS INSPECTED AND THE FORWARD LIGHT BALLAST WAS DEACTIVATED. MX R & R THE FIRST CEILING LIGHT HARNESS, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING MX INSPECTION, EMERGENCY LIGHT ABOVE SEAT 12A WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE. MX R & R 12A EMERGENCY LIGHT LAMP WITH OPS CHECK SUCCESSFUL. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

INSTALLED A REPAIR PATCH AND A FILLER IAW EMB 145XR SRM 51-40-02. PRIMED PAINTED IAW 135/145 CPM 51-21-03. PRESSURIZATION PERFORMED AND NO LEAKS NOTED IAW 145 AMM21-31-00. A/C RELEASED TO SERVICE.
FLIGHT 2808 - EWR - FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT ON APU START RECEIVED APU FIRE INDICATION THAT CLEARED ITSELF UPON RE-START - APU RE-STARTED BUT ZERO AMPS. EWR MX PERFORMED FIRE DETECTION ON APU - NO FAULTS FOUND. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED APU GCU AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK SUCCESSFULLY. ACFT WAS APPROVED TO RETURN TO SERVICE.
ALB FLT 6021 THE CREW REPORTED PRESSURIZATION ERRATIC IN FLIGHT. COULD NOT CORRECT IN MANUAL MODE. THE AIRCRAFT DIVERTED INTO CLE AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE MANUAL PRESSURIZATION CONTROLLER. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
ORD FLT 5926 THE CREW REPORTED THE AIRCRAFT STOPPED DEPRESSURIZING AT ABOUT 4000 FT ON DESCENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND RELEASED AIRCRAFT IAW MEL PROCEDURES. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE DIGITAL PRESSURIZATION CONTROLLER. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
FLIGHT 2140, THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE NR 2 AND TOTAL FUEL QUANTITY INDICATIONS WERE ERRATIC. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO IAH WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE PLACED THE FUEL QUANTITY ON MEL, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE. ON 04/17/10, IAH MAINTENANCE REVERSED THE DDP PROCEDURES, AND OPERATIONALLY TESTED THE FUEL QUANTITY INDICATING SYSTEM WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, REMOVED THE MEL, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

MAINTENANCE REPAIRED AND INSTALLED DOUBLER AT ANGLE BRACKET FOR FRAME 65 AT CARGO DOOR CUTOUT STRINGER 14L IAW EMB-145XR SRM 51-40-01 AND EC5330-01458. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

CLE FLIGHT 2320 - THE CREW REPORTED THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS WOULD NOT TEST FROM THE F/A CONTROL PANEL. ALSO THE CABIN LIGHTS WOULD NOT OPERATE. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE F/A'S CABIN CONTROL PANEL. OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF ALL THE LIGHTS WERE GOOD.
MCI - FLIGHT 3118, DURING POST FLIGHT INSPECTION THE CREW REPORTED THE OVERWING EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS TO BE INOP. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NUMBER FOUR EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK, OPERATIONALLY CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - FLT 2239, ON DESCENT THE CREW REPORTED A BAGGAGE SMOKE INDICATION. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT IAH WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE BAGGAGE VENT FAN, OPERATIONALLY CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - FLIGHT 2324, THE CREW REPORTED SMOKE IN THE CABIN AND FLIGHT COMPARTMENT DURING THE PART "B" OF ICE TEST. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT, PERFORMED THE ICE TEST IAW EMB-145 AMM 30-00-00 & 71-00-00 WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
CORROSION ON FWD SKIN OF VENTRAL TANK UNDERNEATH FLAME ARRESTER ATTACH BRACKET. CUT OUT AFFECTED AREA, FABRICATED AND INSTALLED DOUBLER AND FILLER. ALODINED AND PRIMED IAW EC 2810-01027.
RIC MX - DURING ACFT ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, MX FOUND EMERGENCY LIGHTS OVERWING WEAK. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY NR 3. OPERATIONAL TEST PERFORMED SUCCESSFULLY. ACFT WAS APPROVED TO RETURN TO SERVICE.
TYS - AIRCRAFT WAS IN FOR A 4C INSPECTION AND DURING THE SERVICE ROUTINE, THE NR 1 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY WAS FOUND NOT CHARGED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE EMERGENCY BATTERY AND THE OPS CHECK WAS GOOD. A/C WILL BE REL. UPON COMPLETION OF ALL WORK.
TYS - DURING A SCHEDULED 4C INSPECTION WHEN THE SERVICE/ROUTINE WAS BEING C/W THE NR 2 EMERGENCY BATTERY WAS FOUND LOW ON CHARGE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE EMERGENCY BATTERY AND OPS CHECK WAS GOOD. A/C WILL BE RELEASED WHEN ALL WORK IS C/W.
CREW REPORTED A LANDING GEAR DISAGREE AFTER TAKEOFF WITH THE GEAR UP. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AND MAINTENANCE PERFORMED MULTIPLE GEAR SWINGS WITH NO DISCREPANCEY NOTED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE
MKE - FLIGHT 2843, DURING PREFLIGHT INSPECTION THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE MID CABIN EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT WAS INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPAIRED A BROKEN LEAD ON THE LIGHT ASSEMBLY, OPERATIONALLY CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING PREFLIGHT INSPECTION THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING WOULD NOT EXTINGUISH. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT'S LIGHTING CONTROL PANEL, OPERATIONALLY CHECKED THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM AND CLEARED THE DISCREPANCY.
