EMER LTS OFF AMBER CAS: EMER LTS OFF AMBER CAS DOESNT GO OUT REGARDLESS OF SWITCH POSITION. POWER WAS SHUT DOWN AND BATTERIES DISCONNECTED AND POWER ON CHECKLIST COMPLETED AGAIN AND CAS STILL STAYS LIT. CHARGED ALL 4 EMERGENCY LIGHTS BATTERIES AND OPERATIONAL TESTS WERE GOOD IN REFERENCE TO CL 6505 AMM 33-51-00. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
DURING CLIMB TO CRUISE ALTITUDE JUST A FEW MINUTES PRIOR TO LEVEL OFF WITH AUTOPILOT AND ATS ON, THE RED ENGINE ICAS ILLUMINATED (FOR A DURATION OF 1-2 SECONDS). NO EXCEEDANCE LEVELS WERE OBSERVED FOR EITHER ENGINE FOR ITT, N1 NOR N2 THAT WOULD NORMALLY SPUR SUCH AN ICAS WARNING. ARRIVED AT AC AND POWERED ON AS REQUIRED COLLECTED ENGINE DOWNLOADS AND SENT THEM IN AS REQUIRED SENT ADDITIONAL DOWNLOADS TO MCC AND CURRENTLY AC IS IN ENGINEERING AWAITING A RESPONSE BY GE SPOKE TO MCC AND NO FURTHER ACTION IS REQUIRED AT THIS TIME. AC GOOD TO RTS.

MAIN CABIN DOOR WILL NOT SEQUENCE PROPERLY TO LOCK. VENT DOOR WILL NOT CLOSE IN DOOR OPERATION. PASSENGER DOOR CAS LIGHT ILLUMINATED. RED DOOR UNLOCKED FLAG VISIBLE. THE MED KEY HOLE FOR THE EXTERNAL T-HANDLE WAS IN THE "LOCKED" POSITION. WITH THE KEY, PLACED IT IN THE "UNLOCK" POSITION. T-HANDLE STOWED AND THE VENT DOOR CLOSED. IAW AMM CH. 52-10-00.
THE MAIN CABIN DOOR HANDLE IS NOT BEING MONITORED BY THE CAS SYSTEM. THE CAS IS NOT INDICATING THAT THE DOORHANDLE IS IN AN UNSAFE POSITION. VERFIED EICAS AMBER MSG PAX DOOR OUTER HNDL NOT DISPLAYING WHEN OUTER MED HANDLE UNLOCKED. GAINED ACCESS TO PROX SWITCH PSSMB IAW CL650 AMM 52-11-04. REPLACED PROX SWITCH PSSMB WITH NEW UNIT IAW AMM 52-71-01. RIGGED PS5MB SWITCH, CHECKS GOOD. SAFETY WIRED SWITCH AND APPLIED SEALANT. CLOSED ACCESS TO PROX SWITCH PSSMB IAW CL650 AMM 52-11-04. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL TEST OF PAX DOOR WARNING SWITCH IAW AMM 52-71-01 CHECKS GOOD. EICAS AMBER MSG PAX DOOR OUT HNDL ACTIVE WHEN MED CLOSED BUT HANDLE UNLOCKED CHECKS GOOD. VERFIED SEALANT CURED.
MED HANDLE IS INOP. WHEN YOU PUSH THE OPEN BUTTON. THE MAIN HANDLE DOES NOT POP OUT. THE DOOR CANNOT BE OPENED. "CORRECTIVE ACTION" REMOVED INSPECTED PANELS PERFORMED GVI ON LINKAGES, CABLES, LOCK HANDLE AND DOOR INTERIOR. LUBED DOOR HANDLE/LOCK ASSEMBLE PERFORMED SEVERAL OPS CHECKS WITH NO DEFECTS, RESTORED ALL GAINED ACCESS. ALL MAINTENANCE PERFORMED IN REF TO CL-650 AMM 52-11-07.
MAIN DOOR: MAIN DOOR HANDLE, ALTHOUGH SPRINGS OPEN, WILL NOT FULLY ROTATE AND SPRING TOTALLY OUT ENABLE DOOR AND STAIRS TO OPEN AND EXTEND. // SIGNOFF// INSPECTED, CLEANED AND LUBED ALL MOVING PARTS FOR BOTH INNER AND OUTER DOOR HANDLE LOCKS FOUND NO ISSUES. OPENED AND CLOSED DOOR SEVERAL TIMES. HAD ANOTHER TECH COME ANO OPEN DOOR SEVERAL TIMES AND NO ISSUES WITH DOOR. INFORMED MCC OF ACTIONS DONE AND THEY SAID TO SIGN OFF AS OPS CHECKED GOOD. ALL WORK WAS DONE JAW CL-650 AMM 52-11-07, NO DEFECTS NOTED
MAIN DOOR: ONCE MAIN DOOR CLOSED CANT OPEN FROM OUTSIDE, ALSO VERY LOUD NOISE OF DOOR AT 10,000 FEET. VERY UNUSUAL. REMOVED DOOR SEAL P/N: 600-31913-1 AND INSTALLED NEW MED SEAL USING A CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NEW SEAL P/N: 600·31913-1 USING CUSTOMER SUPPLIED RTV157 REF CL-650 AMM 52·28·11. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD.NO RIGGING OR ADJUSTMENT REQUIRED.
