DURING CRUISE FLIGHT, THE STALL HORN SOUNDED WITH ALL FLIGHT INSTRUMENTS NORMAL AND NOTICED AN ELECTRICAL ODOR, PERFORMED AN UNSCHEDULED LANDING. THE STALL VANE TRANSDUCER FAILED AND CAUSED THE ELECTRICAL ODOR, UNIT WAS REPLACED.
ON TAXI OUT, COPILOTS WINDSHIELD HEAT PRODUCED SMOKE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED WINDOW FACIA AND DISCOVERED SHORTED WIRES. REPAIRED WIRES AND TESTED SYSTEM. OPERATIONS NORMAL. [CLOSED]
ON LANDING AIRCRAFT HAD NO BRAKING. PILOT SELECTED NR 2 SYSTEM AND FUNCTION PROPERLY. NR 1 SYSTEM WORKED AFTER LANDING. MAINTENANCE FOUND NOSE STRUT SWITCH STICKING. REPLACED SWITCH. OPS CHECK GOOD.
WHILE ON CLIMBOUT FROM ELP CABIN WOULD NOT PRESSURIZE. RESET SYSTEM AND CABIN DID PRESSURIZE. CLIMBED TO 17,000 AND CABIN ALTITUDE HORN SOUNDED. AIRCRAFT DESCENDED AND LANDED AT LBB.
PILOT REPORTED CARGO DOOR OPENED INFLIGHT AT APPROX 500FT AGL, RETURN TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT FOR UNEVENTFUL LANDING. DOOR WAS INSPECTED PER THE AVTEC MANUAL AND OPS CK NORMAL. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. TRIP WAS COMPLETED WITH NO FURTHER PROBLEMS.
PILOT REPORTED AFTER DEPARTURE FROM AMA BOTH GENERATORS WENT OFF LINE AND SMOKE IN COCKPIT, RETURNED TO AMA UNEVENTFUL LANDING. MAINTENANCE FOUND POWER WIRE TO LT RAIN REPELLENT SWITCH CHAFING AIRFRAME, REPOSITION AND INSULATE WIRE AT CONNECTOR, AIRCRAFT RAN AND OPS CHECK NORMAL.
DURING CRUISE AT FL 310, NR 1 ENGINE INDICATED HIGH OIL PRESSURE. CREW SHUTDOWN NR 1 ENGINE, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED/LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. PRECAUTIONARY REMOVAL OF ENGINE.
AIRCRAFT DEPARTED KDUJ EN ROUTE TO KMBS SHORTLY AFTER FLAP RETRACTION CARGO DOOR CAME OPEN. RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT. INSPECTED CARGO DOOR FOR OPERATION AND LOCKING, NO DEFECTS FOUND. RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
DURING CRUISE, LT ENGINE FLAME-OUT AT FLT LEVEL 390. DESCENT TO FL 260, RELIGHT NORMAL & ALL INDICATIONS NORMAL. NO FURTHER PROBLEM.
