UPON LANDING DURING THE ROLL OUT THE PILOT REPORTED THAT THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED FOLLOWED BY THE LEFT MAIN AND NOSE GEAR COLLAPSING. THE PILOT FOLLOWED THE EMERGENCY PROCEDURES, SHUT DOWN THE AIRCRAFT AND EXITED. NO INJURIES REPORTED. MAINTENANCE ASSISTED IN REMOVING THE AIRCRAFT FROM THE RUNWAY, THE AIRCRAFT WAS PLACED ON A FLATBED TRAILER AND POSITIONED SO THE LANDING GEAR COULD BE EXTENDED. THE LANDING GEAR STRUTS WERE DEFLATED FOR GROUND CLEARANCE AND THE LANDING GEAR WAS EXTENDED. THE LANDING GEAR LOCKED IN THE GEAR DOWN POSITION AND A THREE GREEN DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATION WAS RECEIVED IN THE COCKPIT. WITH THE LANDING GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED THE LANDING GEAR STRUTS WERE INFLATED THE AIRCRAFT WAS TOWED OFF THE TRAILER. THE AIRCRAFT WAS PLACED ON JACKS. INSPECTED THE LANDING GEAR, HYDRAULIC FLUID LEVEL, HYDRAULIC LINES, WIRING, SQUAT SWITCHES, POWER PACK, POWER PACK MOTOR, GEAR HANDLE NO DEFECTS FOUND. PERFORMED THE LANDING GEAR ACTUATOR SHUTTLE VALVE TEST NO DEFECTS FOUND. PERFORMED SEVERAL GEAR SWINGS INCLUDING EMERGENCY EXTENSION AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE DISCREPANCY THE LANDING GEAR HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FUNCTIONED NORMALLY. BEECHCRAFT WAS CONTACTED ALL RECOMMENDED CHECKS BY THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT GROUP WERE COMPLETED AND NO DISCREPANCIES WERE FOUND.

AFTER TAKE OFF , THE RIGHT FIRE WARNING T-HANDLE ILLUMINATED INTERMITTENTLY AND THEN STEADY. THE CREW TROUBLESHOT, BUT COULD NOT GET THE LIGHT TO EXTINGUISH, ALL ENGINE INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL AND VISUALLY THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF FIRE. RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED A VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE RT ENGINE BAY FOR SIGNS OF ACTUAL FIRE, NO EVIDENCE FOUND. INSPECTED WIRING TO THE FLAME DETECTORS FOR CHAFING OR SIGNS OF DAMAGE WITH NO DEFECTS FOUND. PERFORMED A FUNCTIONAL CHECK OF THE FLAME DETECTOR CIRCUITS AND ALL THREE DETECTOR CIRCUITS TESTED SATISFACTORY. PERFORMED A GROUND RUN OF THE RIGHT ENGINE IN VARIOUS CONDITIONS WITH NO FIRE INDICATIONS, UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE DISCREPANCY AND RETURNED THE AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE. DEPARTED AGAIN AND AT APPROX 8000FT MSL AND EXPERIENCED THE SAME ISSUE. RIGHT FIRE WARNING T-HANDLE FIRE DETECTOR ILLUMINATED AGAIN, ALL ENGINE INDICATIONS NORMAL AND VISUALLY, NO SIGNS OF FIRE. RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE VISUALLY INSPECTED THE RIGHT ENGINE AND NO EVIDENCE OF ACTUAL FIRE. TROUBLESHOT THE RIGHT FIRE WARNING T-HANDLE WIRING AND NO FAULTS WERE FOUND. PERFORMED FLAME DETECTOR FUNCTIONAL CHECK AND FOUND THAT THE NUMBER THREE TEST POSITION WAS NOT ILLUMINATING THE T-HANDLE. MAINTENANCE TESTED THE FLAME DETECTOR WITH AN INCANDESCENT LAMP TO CONFIRM THIS UNIT WAS DEFECTIVE, THE DETECTOR FAILED THE TEST. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RIGHT FLAME DETECTOR AND OPS CHECKED NORMAL. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

DURING APPROACH, PILOT NOTICED RT ENG T HANDLE ILLUMINATED, PILOT FOLLOWED ENG FIRE INFLIGHT CHECKLIST & DISCHARGED ENG FIRE EXTINGUISHER. T HANDLE DID NOT EXTINGUISH AFTER TWENTY SECONDS, AT THAT POINT PILOT PERFORMED RT ENG SHUTDOWN IAW PILOTS OPERATING HANDBOOK. PILOT DECLARED AN EMER & LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. INSPECTED & FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF FIRE, SUSPECT A FALSE FIRE INDICATION. INSPECTED & TESTED THE RT ENG FIRE DETECTION SYS, NO DEFECTS NOTED. REPLACED FIRE EXTINGUISHER BOTTLE & RINSED ENG AS REQUIRED.
