ON APPROACH, WHEN PILOT SELECTED LG HANDLE TO THE EXTEND POSITION, THE LG CONTROL CB POPPED. PILOT DECIDED TO DIVERT & PERFORMED AN EMER MANUAL EXTENSION OF THE LG. PILOT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED FAULTY LG MOTOR. REPLACED LG MOTOR & PERFORMED LG OPERATIONAL CHECKS, ALL CHECKS WERE NORMAL.
DURING CLIMB OUT PILOT NOTICED RT ENG T HANDLE FIRE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. PILOT PERFORMED EMER CHECKLIST ITEMS & DECIDED TO RETURN. PILOT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED FAULTY LOWER AFT FLAME DETECTOR. R & R FLAME DETECTOR. AN OPERATIONAL CHECK OF RT ENG FLAME DETECTOR WAS NORMAL.
SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, FLIGHT CREW NOTICED FLUCTUATION IN LEFT TORQUE METER, LOW OIL PRESSURE LIGHT CAME ON AND OIL SEEPING FROM THE LEFT COWLING. ENGINE WAS SHUT DOWN AND AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AFT SECTION COVERED WITH OIL, BUT NO INTERNAL DAMAGE. SERVICED WITH OIL. GROUND RAN AND CHECKED FOR LEAKS, NONE FOUND. TEST FLEW, RECHECKED FOR LEAKS, STILL NONE FOUND. CREW STATED THAT OIL CAP WAS SECURE PRIOR TO TAKEOFF. SUSPECT CAP WAS NOT SECURE.
DURING SCHEDULED HOT SECTION INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE FOUND GAS GENERATOR CASE CRACKED. CRACK EXTENDS APPROXIMATELY ONE INCH HORIZONTALLY AT THE 2 O'CLOCK POSITION JUST FORWARD OF DIFFUSER TUBE. ENGINE REMOVED FOR REPAIR.
