ELECTRICAL FAILURE IN FLIGHT RESULTING IN LOSS OF ALL AVIONICS/SOME FLIGHT INSTUMENTS, RETURNED TO KBIL AND DECLARED EMERGENCY USING CELL PHONE.
AFTER LANDING FOUND THAT THE NUMBER 4 TIRE TREAD WAS COMPLETELY SEPARATED FROM THE TIRE.
DURING LANDING ROLL THE TIRE TREAD SEPARATED FROM THE NR 2 MAIN LDG TIRE. THE TIRE WAS A RECAP.
DURING A WALK AROUND INSPECTION, A LOOSE WEIGHT WAS DISCOVERED ON THE OTBD EDGE OF THE LT ELEVATOR. INSPECTION REVEALED 2 CRACKS IN THE LT ELEVATOR LE RIB, AROUND THE INBD WEIGHT ATTACH NUTPLATES. THE RIB WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW RIB.
DISCOVERED A CRACK IN THE RT MLG UPPER TORQUE KNEE, DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION. THE CRACK WAS IN THE RADIUS TO THE SINGLE BOSS. REPLACED THE UPPER TORQUE KNEE WITH A NEW PART. CRACK DISCOVERED AT 2772 CYCLES SINCE OVERHAUL.
INSPECTION REVEALED 2 CRACKS IN THE RT ELEVATOR LE RIB. THE RIB WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW RIB.
INSPECTION REVEALED 2 CRACKS IN THE LT ELEVATOR LE RIB. THE RIB WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW RIB.
A CRACK WAS DISCOVERED IN THE UPPER CENTER HORIZONTAL STABILIZER TEE EXTRUSION AT THE AFT EDGE. THE EXTRUSION WAS REPAIRED BY ROUTING OUT THE CRACK AND INSTALLING A FILLER AND A DOUBLER IAW HAWKER BEECHCRAFT FIELD REPAIR FR-CO-01905.
WING SPAR CRACKED AT LT OUTBOARD FLAP TRACK.
