VALVE PARTIALLY OPENED ALLOWS FLUID THROUGH TO PNUMATIC SIDE. IT IS SUSPECT OF WIND/SIDE LOAD TO PUSH AGAINST IB GEAR DOOR, FORCING HYDRAULIC FLUID PAST VALVE TO PNUMATIC SIDE.
