WHEN TURNING APU BLEEDS ON, YOU GET A STRONG DIRTY SOCK SMELL FROM THE AIR. IT DISSIPATED WHEN USING ENGINE BLEEDS BUT CAME BACK ONCE WE WENT BACK TO APU BLEEDS. IT IS STRONGER ON THE GROUND VS INFLIGHT. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED BOTH L/H AND R/H FILTER SOCKS. NOTED BOTH SOCKS CONTAMINATED AND DISCOLORED. POO JWB 5-13-26 IAW MM 21-51-13-000-801. INSTALLED NEW FILTER WATER COALESCER SOCKS IAW MM 21-51-13-400-801. PERFORMED A LEAK TEST OF THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM IAW MM 21-51-00-790-801. NO LEAKS NOTED. RAN APU AND ENGINES BLEEDS SEPARATELY, CONFIRMED NO ODORS NOTED .
STRONG SMELL OF OIL COMING FROM THE OVERHEAD VENTS. WE RAN THE APU FOR 45 MINUTES WITH NO CHANGE. REPEAT WRITEUP. REMOVED APU DUE TO INTERNAL OIL LEAK AND REPLACED WITH AN INSPECTED APU. PERFORMED SYSTEM OPERATION AND LEAK CHECK, NO DEFECTS NOTED. SYSTEM LEAKS AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS ARE GOOD. WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM 45-10-00. THE TIME REMOVED APU (SN- P-327) AT REMOVAL IS 3563.0.
DURING DESCENT INTO KBZN CABIN LOST PRESSURIZATION AND PASSENGER OXYGEN MASKS DROPPED.AT APPROXIMATELY 11000FT ON APPROACH TO KBZN CABIN LOST PRESSURIZATION. CABIN CLIMBED TO 10000FT THEN DESCENDED TO 8500FT THEN CLIMBED AGAIN AND DESCENDED BACK TO APPROXIMATELY 8500FT. WE TRANSFERED BLEEDS TO THE APU AND THE CABIN STARTED TO REGAIN PRESSURIZATION. WHEN WE LANDED THE CABIN WAS AT APPROXIMATELY FIELD ELEVATION. RE-STOWED ALL PASSENGER OXYGEN MASKS IAW MM 35-00-00. SERVICED OXYGEN SYSTEM TO FULL IAW MM 12-14-35.
CLIMBING THROUGH 9000FT THE AMBER CABIN ALT CAS MESSAGE DISPLAYED FOLLOWED BY A LOUD HISSING NOISE THAT SEEMED TO BE FROM THE MAIN CABIN DOOR. REPLACE PAX DOOR SUPPORT HOUSING ASSY. AND DOOR SUPPORT STRUT PER MM 52-11-25. LEAK CHECK GOOD.

CABIN EMERG LIGHT: THE MIDDLE EMERGENCY ARRIOW LIGHT UNDER THE DIVAN IS INOPERATIVE. CORRECTIVE ACTION: FOUND LOOSE LOAD WIRE ON DIVAN ARROW CONNECTOR. RESECURED WIRE AS REQUIRED . OPS CHECK GOOD NO DEFECTS AT THIS TIME. WORK PERFORMED IN REFERENCE TO CL-650 AMM 33-51-01

RECONNECTED CONNECTOR IAW CHALLENGER 650 SPM 20-20-00. OPS CHECK OF LH FWD CABIN DIVIDER EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT ABOVE SEAT #1 GOOD AT THIS TIME.

GAINED ACCESS TO APU & PERFORMED GIV OF APU AND BOX. NO DISCREPANCIES. OIL LEVELS GOOD. PERFORMED A GVI OF PACKS & DUCTING, NO DISCREPANCIES. OPENED WATER SEPARATORS & INSPECTED SOCK & DUCTING FOR OIL. NO DISCREPANCIES. PWR ACFT & STARTED APU. NO ODOR. INSP ALL GALLEY EQUIP. NO DISCREPANCIES. RAN APU FOR APPROX 1 HR, NO ODOR. RAN BOTH ENGS 2 TIMES FOR APPROX 30 AT DIFFERENT POWER LEVELS & SWITCH BLEED FROM APU TO ENG & NO ORDERS. SHUT DOWN ENGINES & LEFT APU ON FOR 30 MIN, NO DISCREPANCIES. IAW AMM21-00-00.
