REMOVED FAULTY FLAP PDU (SERIES II ASSY) DUE TO FLAP FAIL AND INSTALLED A CUSTOMER SUPPLIED REPAIRED UNIT. RIG AND OPS CHECKS GOOD. WORK DONE IN REF. TO CL-650 AMM 27-52-01.

AFTER ARRIVING AT THE AIRCRAFT, WE ATTEMPTED TO OPEN THE MAIN CABIN DOOR. THE MAIN CABIN HANDLE WOULD ROTATE BUT THE DOOR WOULD NOT BUDGE. ACCESSED THE AIRCRAFT THROUGH THE BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR AND FOUND THE MAIN CABIN DOOR RELEASE HANDLE TO BE HALF WAY POSITION IN ITS TRAVEL. I MOVED THE HANDLE THE REST OF THE WAY AND THE DOOR RELEASED. WE THEN CLOSED THE DOOR AND THE OTHER CREWMEMBER ATTEMPTED TO AGAIN OPEN IT FROM THE OUTSIDE. WHEN THE EXTERIOR HANDLE WAS ROTATED, THE INTERIOR HANDLE WOULD MOVE HALF WAY IN ITS TRAVEL AND THE DOOR WOULD NOT RELEASE. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED CAM BEARING. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW AMM TASK 52-11-00-720- 801.

MAIN DOOR: MAIN CABIN DOOR WONT OPEN FROM THE OUTSIDE. WENT THROUGH THE BAGGAGE DOOR AND OPENED MAIN CABIN DOOR FROM INSIDE. RECLOSED DOOR AND TRIED TO OPEN FROM OUTSIDE AND DOOR WILL NOT OPEN. IT APPEARS THAT THE INSIDE HANDLE IS NOT ALLOWING THE OUTSIDE HANDLE TO WORK ARRIVED AT THE AIRCRAFT AND VERIFIED THE PILOT'S FINDINGS. GAINED ACCESS AND INSPECTED ALL LINKAGE TO VERIFY HARDWARE SECURITY WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. RESTORED ALL ACCESS CLEANED AND LUBED ALL LATCH POINTS AND PERFORMED OPS CHECKS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED CALLED MCC AND ADVISED FINDINGS REF CL650 AMM 52-11-00

RIGHT ENGINE ENGINE TEMP INDICATION: AT APPROXIMATELY 100' AGL ON LANDING, RED ENGINE EICAS ILLUMINATED, ASSOCIATED WITH RED HOT INDICATION DISPLAY IN MFD ITT GUAGE AND RED ITT EXCEDENCE ON RIGHT ENGINE. CONTINUED LANDING AND SHUT DOWN RIGHT ENGINE ON GROUND IN ACCORDANCE WITH QRH ENG 05-4 AND ENG 05-10. NO INDICATIONS OF FIRE. RED EICAS AND RED ITT INDICATIONS REMAINED 30 MINUTES AFTER SHUTDOWN, AND THEN QUICKLY RETURNED TO NORMAL. TOWED INTO RAMP. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED W3 WHITE CABLE ASSEMBLY. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW AMM 77-21-04.

PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE FIRELOOPS, NO DISCREPANCY NOTED, IAW CL-650 AMM 26-11-00. PERFORMED TEST SEVERAL TIMES..

WHEN ARRIVED TO AIRPLANE, CLEANERS WERE ON BOARD DOING A CARPET EXTRACTION. DOOR WAS OPENED BY CLEANER. AFTER EXTRACTION COMPLETE CLOSED DOOR AND DEPARTED. AFTER ROTATION HEARD A SOUND FROM THE DOOR. AT 500 FEET IT QUIT. RETURNED TO LAND TO INSPECT DOOR AND WAS MET BY AIRCRAFT CLEANER. CLEANER ADMITTED HE LEFT HIS KEYS IN THE DOOR WHEN HE OPENED IT. KEYS WERE NOT IN DOOR UPON ARRIVAL. NOW DOOR HANDLE WILL NOT STOW IN LOCKED POSITION. IN ADDITION THERE APPEARS TO BE A FEW FAN BLADES ON LEFT ENGINE WITH NICKS IN THEM. IAW MM 52-11-00-010-801 1 AND 52- 11- 00-410-801 PERFORMED 3 OPERATIONAL CHECKS FROM THE OUTSIDE AND INSIDE WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. LOCKED AND UNLOCKED THE HANDLE WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
