NEARING THE END OF CRUISE FLT EN ROUTE TO RFD CREW REPORTED AN ELEC SMELL IN THE COCKPIT. THE AUTOPILOT AMP HAD FAILED & WAS THE PROBABLE SOURCE OF THE SMELL. REPLACED AUTOPILOT AMP & TESTED THE SYS NO DEFECTS NOTED OR SMELLS.
ENROUTE, MEM LOW FUEL PRESSURE LIGHT ILLUMINATED FOLLOWED BY NR 2 ENGINE ROLL BACK. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. ON COMPLETING THE PROPER CHECKLIST AND "O" PROCEDURE, DISCOVERED CROSSFEED VALVE INADVERTENTLY MOVED TO THE CLOSED POSITION. OPENED CROSSFEED VALVE AND RESTARTED NR 2 ENGINE. EMERGENCY WAS CANCELED AND CONTINUED THE FLIGHT WITHOUT FURTHER PROBLEM.
FALSE LANDING GEAR INDICATION (IN TRANSIT) IN MIDFLIGHT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED DOOR LATCH. PERFORMED GEAR RETRACTION SEVERAL TIMES, OPS CHECK GOOD. [CLOSED]
APPROX 50 MINS INTO FLT (FL280) HEARD A LOW RUMBLING NOISE. INSTRUMENTS NORMAL EXCEPT NR 1 ENG OIL PRESSURE DROPPED 50 PSI TO 10 PSI. CONTINUED NORMALLY 30 SEC, THEN RPM BEGIN TO FLUCTUATE BETWEEN 80 & 90%, WITH CONTINUOUS RUMBLING NOISE. RETARDED THROTTLE TO IDLE, ENG SHUTDOWN & BEGAN TO WINDMILL 10 TO 15% RPM. LOW RUMBLING NOISE CONTINUED. COMPLETED ENG SHUTDOWN CHECKLIST, DIVERTED. CREW REPORTED, OIL LEVEL IN ENG WAS BELOW LEVEL OF DIP STICK. OIL HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY CHECKED WITH IN LAST 1.5 FLT HRS & FOUND NORMAL LEVEL. MX EN ROUTE TO CHANGE ENG. ENG SHUTDOWN WHEN THROTTLE WAS MOVED TO IDLE DUE TO SEIZURE AS A RESULT OF OIL LOSS/DEPLETION CAUSED BY FAILURE OF AXIS C SEAL.
ON DEPARTURE FROM ADS, LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT. AIRCRAFT RETURNED ADS FOR MAINTENANCE. MAINTENANCE DISCOVERED FAULTY NLG DOWNLOCK ACTUATOR SWITCH AND REPLACED FAULTY SWITCH. SYSTEM OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
AIRCRAFT DEPARTED FWA, LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT. GEAR DOWN 3 GREENS. RETURNED FWA, LANDING UNEVENTFUL.
PILOT REPORTED LT MAIN INDICATOR LIGHT OFF, RAN EMERGENCY PROCEEDURES, LANDING UNEVENTFUL AT LEX, LT GEAR INSPECTED AND FOUND SAVE FOR FERRY FLIGHT FROM LEX TO SDF, AT SDF MAINTENANCE FOUND LT MAIN DOWN LOCK SWITCH OUT OF AJUSTMENT, RIGGED SWITCH AND OPS GOOD.
PILOT REPORTED LEFT ENGINE OIL PRESSURE INDICATION DROP TO (0) IN FLIGHT, DIVERTED FOR MAINTENANCE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED OIL PRESSURE INDICATOR. OP'S CK GOOD, RETURN AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
AIRCRAFT DEPARTED AND CREW DISCOVERED OXYGEN SUPPLY WAS AT ZERO, DIVERTED, HAD OXYGEN BOTTLE SERVICED.
AIRCRAFT DEPARTED KOKC FOR KLRD, LEAVING 5,500 FT CABIN CONTINUED TO CLIMB, DIVERTED TO KADS FOR MAINTENANCE. REMOVED AND REPLACED CABIN ALTITUDE CONTROLLER, PERFORMED OPERATION CHECKS AND RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
AIRCRAFT DEPARTED KYIP, DURING CLIMB AIRCRAFT NOT PRESSURIZING, RETURN TO KYIP. MAINTENANCE FOUND SQUAT SWITCH OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. ADJUSTED PER MM, OPS CHECK GOOD. RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
LEFT LANDING GEAR DOOR DID NOT RETRACT, RED LIGHT WAS ON AFTER GEAR WAS EXTENDED. LEFT INBOARD GEAR DOOR FORWARD ARM BROKE AT ACTUATOR ATTACH POINT. REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT INBOARD GEAR DOOR.
