FA NOTICED WISPY SMOKE FROM COFFEE MAKER. FO GOT UP TO LOOK AND SMOKE WAS ALREADY GONE, WITH NO SMELL NOTICED. IT LASTED MAYBE 20-30 SECONDS. COFFEE MAKER WAS TURNED OFF AND FLIGHT CONTINUED UNEVENTFULLY. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED FAULTY GALLEY COFFEE MAKER PN: 900-0019-01 SN: 16-01-03646 AND REPLACED WITH REPAIRED UNIT IAW CL650 SMM 25-30-03. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
AFTER TAKEOFF OUT OF KTEB FLAP WAS RETRACTED WHEN WE WERE LEVEL AT 1500 FT MSL AND THE SPEED WAS 180KTS. FLAP HANDLE WAS AT ZERO, BUT FLAP INDICATION WAS AT 20, AND HAD THE FLAP FAIL MSG ON EICAS. RAN THE FLAP FAIL APPROACH QRC , DECLARED EMERGENCY WITHOUT THE EMERGENCY PERSONAL ASSISTANCE. R & R THE LT ASYMMETRY OVERSPEED DETECTOR & BRAKE WITH REPAIRED UNIT. IAW AMM 27-51-07, CHECKED GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED. 2. R & R THE RT ASYMMETRY OVERSPEED DETECTOR & BRAKE WITH REPAIRED UNIT. IAW AMM 27-51-07, CHECKED GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
UPON DEPARTURE FROM FFZ FLAPS WERE SET TO 0. FLAPS FAIL AMBER CAS ILLUMINATED FLAPS STILL SHOWED 20. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST SEND QRC FLAPS WOULD STILL NOT RETRACT ON GROUND. REMOVED FLAP CONTROL UNIT. INSTALLED FLAP CONTROL UNIT IAW AMM 27-51-04 OPERATIONAL TEST OF THE FLAP CONTROL UNIT REQUIRED. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST ON THE FLAP CONTROL UNIT IAW AMM 27-51-04. OPERATIONAL TEST SATISFACTORY..
WHEN THE MAIN CABIN DOOR IS CLOSED THE SUPPORT LEG THAT THE DOOR RESTS ON WHEN OPEN IS NOT FULLY RECESSED WHEN THE DOOR IS CLOSED. ITÿS STICKING OUT APPROX THE WIDTH OF THE FOOT PLATE. CORRECTIVE ACTION; ADJUSTED MAIN DOOR SUPPORT LEG AS REQUIRED IAW AMM 52-11-25. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
MAIN DOOR MANUAL PULL HANDLE APPEARS TO BE OUT OF POSITION. MAIN DOOR CANNOT BE FULLY CLOSED OR FULLY OPEN. ( MANUAL HANDLE INTERFERES WITH BOTH THE CABLE AND PULLY ON THE LEFT AS VIEWED FROM INSIDE THE AIRCRAFT. INSPECTED MAIN DOOR, UNABLE TO OPEN DOOR DUE MANUAL PULL HANDLE STUCK BETWEEN DOOR ASSIST ACTUATOR ROLLER & ELECTRIC LIFT MOTOR CABLE PULLY. REMOVED DOOR MANUAL PULL HANDLE, OPENED DOOR & REINSTALLED HANDLE. INSPECTED DOOR & FOUND ELECTRIC LIFT MOTOR CABLE PULLY DAMAGE & PLASTIC STOPPER BRACKET FOR HANDLE BROKEN. R & R ELECTRIC LIFT MOTOR CABLE PULLY & PLASTIC STOPPER BRACKET. PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPS CHECK OF CABIN DOOR IAW AMM 52-11·00.

CABIN ODOR: OILY-SOCK SMELL OBSERVED DURING DESCENT IN GALLEY/CABIN. REPLACED LH & RH COALESCER SOCKS IAW CL-650 AMM 21-51-13. NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
