CREW REPORTED #1 HYD SYSTEM SLOW LEAK BASED ON LEVEL CARROT DROPPING IN FLIGHT. CORR ACTION; TROUBLESHOT TO HYD FITTING UNDER CENTER FLOOR ROW 13. REMOVED AND REPLACED LINE AND FITTING LEAK CHECK GOOD.

CREW REPORTED EICAS WARNING MESSAGE FOR FUEL 2 LOW LEVEL. FUEL QUALITY NORMAL, GREEN. NO LATERAL TRIM IMBALANCES. AFTER RIGHT TURN FOR DIVERT, MESSAGE WENT AWAY. MESSAGE REAPPEARED 3 TIMES DURING RETURN. CURRENTLY NO MESSAGE. MX DEFERRED THE SYSTEM AWAITING FINAL FIX. OPEN
CREW REPORTED-ON TAKEOFF WE HAD A LANDING GEAR AIR TO GROUND FAIL IMMEDIATELY WHEN WE WENT TO PULL THE GEAR UP. THEN WE HAD A LANDING GEAR LEVER DISAGREE AFTER THE RIGHT MAIN WHEEL WOULD NOT RETRACT. SHORTLY AFTER THAT WE WERE GETTING A âTAKEOFF TRIMâ AUDIBLE WARNING. WE HAD SOME OTHER MESSAGES COME ON DURING THE EVENT SUCH AS A SPOILER FAIL AND OTHERS I WILL ATTACH A PICTURE. ON LANDING WE HAD AN AUDIBLE âFLAPSâ WARNING EVEN THOUGH WE HAD FLAPS SET TO 45 ALREADY. CORR ACTION- MX TROUBLESHOT TO NLG AND MLG REQUIRED SERVICING. COMPLETED SERVICING AND PERFORMED JACK AND RETRACT OPS TESTED GOOD NO MESSAGES PRESENT.
FIRST OFFICER SIDE PILOT WINDOW SHATTERED IN FLIGHT AT 37000 FT. DIVERTED TO BATON ROUGE. NO LOSS OF PRESSURIZATION. LANDED NO FURTHER ISSUES. CORR ACTION- R&R'D FO WINDSHIELD ALL OPS & LK CK'S GOOD.
CREW REPORTED FUEL QTY INDICATION FAILED. THE FIRST SIDE ( RIGHT ) OF FUEL QUANTITY AND TOTALIZER WENT DASHED LINESâ¦. THEN THE OTHER SIDE ( LEFT ) WENT TO A RED BOX WITH A 0. CREW RAN THEIR QRH WHICH STATED TO LAND AT NEAREST SUITABLE AIRPORT. ONCE THE CREW LANDED IN CHS THEY RESET THE FUEL INDICATION SYSTEM AND ALL FUEL QUANTITIES WERE VISIBLE. CREW DECIDE TO PROCEED TO WHITE PLAINS AS SCHEDULED WHICH WAS COMPLETED WITH NO FURTHER ISSUES. MX PERFORMED A FUEL TANK SUMP CHECK ONCE IT RETURNED TO DALLAS MX STATION WITH NO DEFECTS OR ABNORMALITIES.
HAD AN INITIAL BLEED 2 LEAK FOLLOWED BY PACK 1 OVERHEAT AND SUBSEQUENT SMOKE IN COCKPIT WHICH CLEARED AFTER A COUPLE MINUTES. PRESSURIZATION ISSUE WAS DUE TO NO PACKS. ADDITIONALLY, CAPTAIN'S O2 MASK MIC INOPERATIVE. PRIOR TO DEPARTURE PERFORMED ENGINE RUNS WITH CREW USING BLEED SYSTEMS AND PACKS, NO SMOKE NOTED THROUGHOUT THE COCKPIT OR CABIN. NOTED BLD 2 LEAK MESSAGE WITH APU OPERATING, DEFERRED APU. PACK 1 ACM DISCOVERED FROZEN SO DEFERRED PACK 1. O2 MASK MIC INOP REPAIRED BROKEN WIRE OPS TESTED GOOD. FLEW AIRCRAFT BACK TO DAL NO ISSUES.
