AIRCRAFT WAS STARTED ON THE RAMP AND PILOT NOTICED THE ODOR OF SMOKE, AT WHICH TIME HE SAW SMOKE VAPORS COMING FROM BETWEEN THE PASSENGER SEATS AROUND THE FLAP MOTOR AREA. THE CIRCUIT BREAKER FOR THE FLAP SYSTEM WAS POPPED, DURING THIS EVENT.
