PILOT REPORTS, PILOT IN COMMAND'S SIDE RIGHT BRAKE PEDAL GOES COMPLETELY TO FLOOR. NO RIGHT BRAKE DIRECTIONAL CONTROL. THE RT PILOT BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER P/N 959.47.51.132 WAS FOUND FAULTY. IT WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED IAW THE AMM 12-B-32-40-04-00A-920A-A. OPS CHECK GOOD AND NO LEAKS NOTED.
LEFT FLAP, BOTTOM SKIN IS CRACKED BETWEEN TWO RIVETS ON FORWARD LAP JOINT BETWEEN FORWARD AND AFT FLAP SPARS, BETWEEN FLAP RIBS FIVE AND SIX. REMOVED DAMAGE AND INSTALLED DOUBLER AND FILLER IAW SRM 12-B-57-50-00-00A-664B-A.
PILOT AIRSPEED MIS-COMPARE BY 15 KTS, PILOTS IAS INDICATOR CONTINUED TO DROP TO 0 KTS. A SUPPLEMENTAL SDR WILL NEED TO BE FILED. MAINTENANCE IS STILL BEING COMPLETED, THE FINAL FIX IS NOT DETERMINED AT THIS TIME.
THE PITOT LINE FITTING IN LT WING AT RIB 14A WAS FOUND TO BE SEPARATED. THE POLY FLOW TUBING PITOT LINE IN LT WING, FROM WING ROOT TO BULLHEAD FITTING AT RIB 14A & FITTING PN 946.01.17.101 WAS REPLACED IAW 12-B-20-50-02-00A-901A-A & SB34-039. A PITOT & STATIC LEAK CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED IAW 12-B-34-11-00-00A-903A-A. NO LEAKS OR DEFECTS WERE FOUND.
WHEN GEAR DOWN SELECTED, HYD CASS, PULLED QRH THEN CASS WENT AWAY AND GEAR CAME DOWN. A POOR CONNECTION AT PIN "P" OF TB 1611-02, WIRE T1076B22 WAS FOUND TO BE AT FAULT. RELOCATED WIRES T1076B22, T1076A22 AND T1075B22 TO PINS F, M, AND X OF TB1611-02. PERFORMED 5 SUCCESSFUL, CONSECUTIVE GEAR SWINGS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED IAW AMM 12-B-32-30-00-00A-903A-A.
