CREW REPORTED AFTER TAKEOFF, SUSPECTED FUEL LEAK ON LEFT WING REPORTED BY FA IN FLIGHT. INDICATIONS SHOWED LESS FUEL ON LEFT WING THAN RIGHT WING. AIR RETURN. FUEL STOPPED SPRAYING BEFORE LANDING. NORMAL INDICATIONS ON GROUND. CORR ACTION- MX INSPECTED LEFT WING FOR FUEL LEAK NONE NOTED RTS'D AIRCRAFT.
ISSUE- CREW REPORTED AT LEVEL FL350. TOUCHED NOTHING. RECEIVED A âPTRIP MAIN INOPâ EICAS MESSAGE FOLLOWED BY AN ASSOCIATED âAP TRIM FAILâ AN âAP ELVE MISTRIMâ. RAN AND FOLLOWED QRH PROCEDURES DIVERTED TO DAL. CORR ACTION MX TROUBLESHOT TO BAD HSCU R&R HSCU. OPS CHECK GOOD NO DEFECTS NOTED.
CREW REPORTED-THERMAL RUNAWAY SHORTLY AFTER LEVELING AT FL370. ITT BEGAN CLIMBING. PULLED BACK #2 THRUST LEVER AND ITT CLIMBED ABOVE 1000. ELECTED TO SHUT DOWN ENGINE #2 AS IT GAVE UP THE GHOST AS WELL. ENGINE SHUT DOWN WITHOUT ISSUE. BEFORE SHUTDOWN OIL PRESSURE ON #2 AT ZERO. FA REPORTED HEARING A âPOPâ AND A SMALL AMOUNT OF DETECTABLE SMOKE APPEARED IN THE CABIN. STARTED APU. SMOKE CLEARED. MADE NORMAL LANDING ON ENGINE #1. AND ON DESCENT EICAS MESSAGE #1 FIRE DETECT FAIL. CLEARED ON ITS OWN. CORR ACTION- R&RING #2 ENGINE
CREW RTF BACK TO LAS DUE TO AN UNUSUAL WIND SOUND BUT EVERYTHING WAS WORKING NORMALLY. AIRCRAFT WAS PRESSURIZING BUT CABIN ALT STOPPED AT APPROXIMATELY 1500â AND THEN PRESSURE CONTINUED TO GO UP, REACHING AROUND 5PSI. BETWEEN 15000 AND 19000 FEET PRESSURE STARTED CLIMBING QUICKLY BUT CABIN ALT REMAINED AROUND 1500â. WE LEVELED OFF AND CONTACTED CLEARANCE FOR RETURN AT WHICH TIME CABIN PRESSURE WAS AT 7.6 AND ALT SHOWED ZERO. AS WE STARTED TO DESCEND TO 15000â CABIN PRESS CLIMBED TO 8.0 PSI, WITH ALT BLANKED, AND RATE WAS ALL OVER THE PLACE BETWEEN 3200 DOWN AND 1900 UP. TRIED SECURING A PACKS BUT DIDNâT DO MUCH TO RATE. TURNED PACKS BACK ON AND TRIED IN MANUAL WITH THE SAME RESULT. PASSING 13000â TURNED BOTH PACKS OFF AGAIN AND GOT THE PLANE TO SLOWLY BLEED OFF PRESSURE TO COINCIDE WITH DESCENT. UNEVENTFUL ON GROUND. REMOVED CPAM AND INSTALLED SERVICEABLE CPAM FROM N246JX,PERFORMED OPS CHECK NO FAULT NOTED
