DURING MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST FOUND EXTERNAL EMERGENCY LIGHT ON RH SIDE IS INOP (POS:FWD)
WHEN CLOSING THE MAIN CABIN DOOR FROM INSIDE THE CABIN, THE HANDLE THAT IS PULLED TO BRING IN THE EXTERIOR HANDLE AND SEAL THE PRESSURE RELIEF FLAP IS VERY DIFFICULT TO PUSH BACK IN. // SIGNOFF// ADJUSTED THE SPRINGS ON THE HINGE ASSY AND RETURNED HINGE BACK INTO ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION REF CHALLENGER 650 IPC 25-23-03. OPS CHECK GOOD NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
MAIN DOOR VENT DOOR: INTERIOR RED T HANDLE WILL NOT STOW. AMBER PAX DOOR STOW MESSAGE IS ILLUMINATED IN THE EICAS. EXTERIOR KEY LOCK NOW LOCKS IN THE REVERSE POSITION. EXTERIOR HORIZONTAL HANDLE WILL NOT EXTEND. LUBED DOOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, ACCOMPLICHED IAW CMM 52-10-02. KEY LOCK IS NOT THE SAME AS CARGO LOCK, LOCK ON ENTRY DOOR IS NORMAL AND WORKS PROPERLY
FLAPS FAIL AMBER CAS: AFTER TAKEOFF UPON SELECTING FLAP POSITION 0, FLAP FAIL CAS ILLUMINATED. FLAPS WERE STUCK BETWEEN 0 AND 20 DEGREES. QRC ACCOMPLISHED. REMOVED AND REPLACED ALL FLEXIBLE DRIVE SHAFTS ON RH/LH FLAPS. IAW CL-650 AMM 27-53-07-000-802. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW CL-650 AMM 27-54-07-820-802.
ON TAKE OFF, FLAPS FAILED TO RETRACT. THEY REMAINED IN THE FLAPS 20 SETTING. WE COMPLIED WITH THE FLAPS FAIL QRC AND RETURNED. POWERED UP AC. FLAPS ARE IN 20 DEG POSITION AS REBOOTED BY CREW. NO FLAP FAIL FAULT CURRENTLY DISPLAYED. CHECKED FAULT HISTORY. NO CORRELATED FAULTS NOTED. PERFORMED FLAPS OPERATIONS CHECK, IAW CL-650 MM CHAP 27-51-00. OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD. CYCLED FLAPS SEVERAL MORE TIMES. NO FAILURES NOTED. CONTACTED MCC WITH FINDINGS. MCC REQUESTS TO R & R 2 EACH BRAKE, DETECTOR UNIT AS PRECAUTION. REMOVED SUSPECT LT FLAP ASYMMETRY OVERSPEED DETECTOR AND BRAKE UNIT. NEED OK TO INSTALL BRAKE UNIT. OK TO INSTALL REPAIRED ASYMMETRY/O"SPEED DETECTOR & BRAKE UNIT. INSTALLED REPAIRED ASYMMETRY/O"SPEED DETECTOR & BRAKE UNIT, IAW CL-650 MM CHAP 27-51-07. OPERATIONAL TEST REQUIRED. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF INBOARD AND OUTBOARD FLAPS, IAW MM CHAP 27-54-00. NO RIG/ADJUSTMENT REQUIRED. OPERATIONAL CHECK SATISFACTORY.
