AFTER LANDNING, DISCOVERED THAT THE INLET BARRIER FILTER (IBF) CIRCUIT BREAKER HAD POPPED. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOOTING DETERMINED THE BYPASS DOOR ACTUATOR HAD FAILED CAUSING THE CIRCUIT BREAKER TO POP. ACTUATOR WAS REPLACED.
