THE PILOT REPORTED WHILE PERFORMING AN OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT FOR THE CORRECTIVE ACTION OF THE LEFT ENGINE FUEL BYPASS AND TORQUE DROP DISCREPANCY. AFTER TAKE-OFF FROM KCVG, THE CREW EXPERIENCED A HARD LEFT ENGINE BYPASS ISSUE AND ERRATIC EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE. THE CREW ELECTED TO SHUT DOWN THE LEFT ENGINE AND DECLARE AN EMERGENCY. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT KCVG WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT LEFT ENGINE FUEL BYPASS DISCREPANCY AND FOUND DEFECTIVE ENGINE WIRE HARNESS. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND INSTALLED SERVICEABLE ENGINE WIRE HARNESS FOR LEFT ENGINE. AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR AN OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT. THE AIRCRAFT CHECK FLIGHT WAS NORMAL.

ON FINAL APPROACH, WHEN THE PILOT SELECTED THE LG TO THE DOWN POSITION, THE LT MLG DOWN & LOCKED INDICATION DID NOT ILLUMINATE. THE PILOT FOLLOWED THE EMER PROCEDURES TO MANUALLY EXTEND THE LG & THE LT MLG DOWN & LOCKED LIGHT ILLUMINATED & THE PILOT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. INSPECTED & FOUND LT MLG UPLOCK CAM STRIKER BOLT HAD SHEARED & THE STRIKER WAS MISSING. REPLACED THE AN3-6 BOLT & STRIKER PN 27-51000-143. PERFORMED MULTIPLE GEAR SWINGS ON JACKS, THE LG SYS OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS NORMAL.

DECLARED AN EMER, DIVERTED & LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED A FAULTY WIRE AT OIL TEMP BULB, REWIRED OIL TEMP BULB FROM TEMP BULB TO SPLICE 1010. PERFORMED ENG OPERATIONAL CHECK OF OIL TEMP SYS. ALL CHECKS WERE NORMAL.

OPENED QUICK REF HANDBOOK TO FIND APPLICABLE ITEMS THAT MIGHT HELP ISOLATE AND DETERMINE PROBLEM. DIVERTED. IN 2 MINUTES, HYD PRESSURE WENT TO ZERO. DID NOT DECLARE AN EMERGENCY. MAINTENANCE R & R LT FLAP UP HARD LINE BETWEEN FLAP LOCK OUT VALVE AND FLAP ACTUATOR AND R & R LT AND RT HYD PUMPS OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD.

AFTER DEPARTURE, AND CLIMBING THROUGH 12,000, HYD PRESSURE DROPPED TO ZERO, AND BOTH HYD PRESSURE ANNUNCIATORS ILLUMINATED. AN EMERGENCY DECLARED, AND EXTENDED GEAR MANUALLY AND RETURNED TO DEPARTURE WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MX DISCOVERED THAT THE FLARE ON THE FLAP UP LINE IN THE LEFT GEAR WELL, PN 27-81032-135 WAS LEAKING FROM THE B-NUT FLARE. REPAIRED THE FLARE, AND RE-TORQUED THE B-NUT. SYS FUNCTION TESTED GOOD WITH NO LEAKS NOTED.

THE PILOT REPORTED THAT ON CLIMBOUT FROM KMIA BOTH HYDRAULIC FAIL ANNUNCIATOR’S ILLUMINATED. THE PILOT IMMEDIATELY TRIED TO LOWER THE LANDING GEAR WITHOUT SUCCESS. THE PILOT DIVERTED BACK TO KMIA, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, PUMPED THE LANDING GEAR DOWN AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE FLAP HYDRAULIC LINE P/N 27-81006-047 LOCATED IN THE RIGHT WING AREA CRACKED. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE HYDRAULIC LINE.
