CREW REPORTED- AFTER ROTATION WE RECEIVED LDG AIR/GND FAIL EICAS. FO TRIED TO RAISE THE LANDING GEAR LEVER AND IT WOULD NOT BUDGE. THE GEAR REMAINED DOWN FOR THE DURATION OF THE RETURN. WE EXECUTED THE QRH FOR THE ASSOCIATED MESSAGE. CORR ACTION- MX TROUBLESHOT TO NLG SERVICING LOW REQUIRED SERVICING. PERFORMED EXTENSION AND RETRACTION TEST ALL TESTS GOOD.
CREW REPORTED ON CLIMB OUT OUR LANDING GEAR INDICATED NORMALLY BUT THERE WAS A LOUD SOUND IN THE COCKPIT WHICH I SUSPECTED WAS THE NOSE GEAR DOOR BEING OPEN. UPON LANDING IN HOUSTON I CALLED MISSION CONTROL AND MAINTENANCE CONTROL AND HAD 2 MECHANICS IN HOUSTON LOOK AT THE PLANE. THEY DISCOVERED A HYDRAULIC PIN STUCK IN THE HYDRAULIC COMPARTMENT WITHOUT THE RED TAG. CORR ACTION MX FOUND NOSE GEAR DOOR PIN IN ITS MAINTENANCE POSITION AFTER AIRCRAFT LANDED HERE IN HOUSTON REMOVED PIN AND GAVE PIN TO FLIGHT CREW DUE TO IT MISSING THE REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT FLAG. WBAT REPORT FILED AND INVESTIGATION COMPLETED.
ISSUE; CREW REPORTED BLEED 1 OVER TEMP WARNING MESSAGE. BLEED 1 TEMP IN RED. RAN QRH AND RETURNED TO KLAS. CORR ACTION; MX FOUND PRE COOLER DUCT UNSERVICEABLE ON THE AIRCRAFT. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE PRE COOLER DUCT. OPS AND LK GOOD.

ISSUE-CREW REPORTED ON CLIMB OUT AT FL180, PERFORMED ICE DETECTION TEST WITH NORMAL PARAMETERS. TESTED OK, WENT BACK TO ICE DETECTION AUTO. ENG 1 A/ICE FAIL EICAS DISPLAYED. ENG 1 ICE VALVE STAYED OPEN. RAN QRH AND MESSAGE PERSISTED. A/ICE FAIL MESSAGE ANNUNCIATED. RAN QRH FOR THAT AND FELT A SUDDEN SHUTTER/VIBRATION OF ENTIRE AIRCRAFT. ENG INDICATIONS ALL LOOKED NORMAL AND GREEN. VIBRATION NO LONGER PERSISTED. DIVERTED BACK TO LAS AND ON DESCENT MESSAGES WENT AWAY. NORMAL LANDING. CORR ACTION- MX FOUND ONE CLAMP ON STARTER CONTROL VALVE LOOSE AND LEAKING. R&R'D CLAMP INSPECTED ALL OTHER ENG 1 BLEED LINES WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORM BLEED LEAK AND OPS TEST NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED A/I OPS TEST NO DEFECTS NOTED. ELECTED TO PERFORM AN OCF TO ENSURE NO FURTHER VIBRATIONS OR SHUTTERS FELT. COMPLETED OCF WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AIRCRAFT RELEASED.
FUSELAGE SKIN AT AFT RADIO ALTIMITER FAYING SURFACE IS CORRODED. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED CORROSION ON FUSELAGE SKIN AT AFT RADIO ALTIMITER FAYING SURFACE BY BLENDING. NOMINAL SKIN THICKNESS IS .063. SKIN THICKNESS AFTER REPAIR IS .058, FOUND TO BE WITHIN LIMITS IAW EMB145 SRM 53-31-01. WORK ACCOMPLISHED ON AVMAX W/O: 80992 W/C: 1035.
R/H PYLON, LOWER FWD YOKE PIVOT FITTING(LINKAGE PN: 145-29426-001) IS CRACKED. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED AND REPLACED THE R/H PYLON, LOWER FWD PIVOT FITTING(LINKAGE) IAW EMB 145 AMM 54-51-01-000-801-A ,EMB14554-51-01-400-801-A AND EMBRAER ETD2022-145-008534 REV. / DATED MARCH 15, 2022. ACCOMPLISHED ON AVMAX W.O. 80992 W.C. 4017.

SIGNS OF CORRSION ON BRACKETS UNDER THE PASSENGER DOOR ON FUSELAGE. CORRECTIVE ACTION: FABRICATED NEW BRACKET UNDER THE PASSENGER DOOR AND INSTALLED REPAIR PART IAW EMB145 SRM 51-30-01. REFER TO AVMAX W/O 80992 W/C 1030 FOR ALL WORK PERFORMED.
ISSUE-LG DISAGREE AFTER TAKEOFF; CREW TRIED CYCLING GEAR SEVERAL TIMES, FOLLOWED QRH WITH NO FIX. AFTER TAKEOFF RH MLG INDICATION DASHED OUT AND LG DISAGREE ILLUMINATED. FIX-R&R'D RH MLG UPLOCK BOX ASSY. COMPLETED JACK AND RETRACT PROCEDURE OPS TESTED GOOD. NO FURTHER ISSUES
AT 4000 FEET OF THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN YAWING TO THE RIGHT REQUIRING LEFT RUDDER. ATTEMPTED YAW TRIM AND FOUND YAW TRIM INOP. APPLIED FULL LEFT RUDDER. FOLLOWED QRH OAKS BROUGHT PLANE BACK. WHEN BACK ON GROUND TRIED YAW TRIM AGAIN AND SEEMED TO WORK FINE. PERFORMED A DETAIL INSPECTION OF THE RUDDER BY OPENING RUDDER ACCESS PANELS, INSPECTED RUDDER ACTUATOR, TRIM ACTUATOR, RODS HARDWARE, ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR. PLACED AIRCRAFT ON JACKS, PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS WHILE DOING GEAR SWINGS OPERATED YAW TRIM FOR AT LEAST 10 TIMES, INSPECTED RUDDER PEDALS FOR BINDING AND ANY OBSTRUCTION OF THE MECHANISM. OPS/CHECKED GOOD. NO DAMAGE OR FAULTS FOUND, ALSO REMOVED AND REPLACED ASSOCIATED RELAY.
