AFTER LANDING, THE INTERIOR MAIN CABIN DOOR RELEASE HANDLE WOULD ONLY TRAVEL 3/4 OF THE WAY AND WOULD GET STUCK. THE TOP ROLLERS ON THE DOOR LATCH WERE AT ABOUT 75% TRAVEL AND IT WAS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO STOW THE HANDLE WITHOUT HANGING ON THE DOOR TO TAKE THE LOAD OFF OF IT. AFTER THE 4TH ATTEMPT, FORCING THE HANDLE UP, THE UPPER ROLLERS FINALLY RELEASED FROM THE CATCHES AND THE DOOR WAS ABLE TO BE OPENED CORRECTIVE ACTION: ARRIVED AT AC AND FOUND THE PAX DOOR OPENS EASILY FROM THE OUTSIDE, BUT OCCASIONALLY BINDS AT THE TOP OF THE FUSELAGE STOPS WHEN ATTEMPTING TO OPEN WITH THE INSIDE HANDLE. FOUND THE PULL-IN CAMS OF THE DOOR WOULD CONTACT THE STOP-BOLTS ON THE UPPER FUSELAGE FRAME AT THE WRONG TIME, CREATING RESISTANCE WHEN OPENING THE DOOR. ADJUSTED STOP-BOLTS ON THE FUSELAGE AS NEEDED AND OPENED AND CLOSED THE PAX DOOR FROM THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE DOOR HANDLES MULTIPLE TIMES AND FOUND THE PAX DOOR OPERATES SMOOTHLY AND EASILY. OPS CHECKS ARE SATISFACTORY, THE PAX DOOR ITSELF DID NOT NEED ADJUSTMENT OR RE-RIG. NOTIFIED MCC AND SECURED AC AS NEEDED. WORK PERFORMED IRW CL-650 AMM 52-11-00.

THE MAIN CABIN DOOR IS STUCK IN THE CLOSED POSITION. THE ROTATING CABIN DOOR HANDLE IS JAMMED IN THE OPEN POSITION AND WILL NO LONGER STOW. REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO STOW HANDLE AND OPEN DOOR HAVE FAILED. PERFORMED ADJUSTMENT OF BOTH PASSENGER DOOR LEVERS ASSEMBLY STOP BOLTS IAW AMM 52-11-00-720-801 AMM 52-11-00710-801. NO DEFECTS NOTED.

UNLOCKED MAIN DOOR BUT COULD NOT OPEN IT. ACCESS TO PLANE THRU BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR. OPENED MAIN DOOR FROM INSIDE. TESTED BY CLOING & TRYING TO OPEN FROM OUTSIDE. COULD NOT OPEN DOOR FROM OUTSIDE. OPENED DOOR FROM OUTSIDE WITH NO ISSUE 5 TIMES NO ISSUES, CUSTOMER REPORTS REPEAT WRITE UP & REQUEST TROUBLESHOOTING. REMOVED 3 ACCESS PANELS ON FWD SIDE OF STEPS AND INSPECTED LINKAGES. NOTICED A SQUEAK WITH OPERATING THE DOOR HANDLE. FURTHER TROUBLESHOOTING REQUIRED. R SCHNEIDER 9/19/24. INSPECTED THE FOOT ROD WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. COULD FEEL A BINDING AT THE DOOR TOP LOCKING CAMS. FOUND THAT THERE ARE 2 PAWLS THAT RIDE ON THE LOCKING CAMS AND ALL THOUGH THE CAMS WERE LUBED THE PAWLS WERE DRY. LUBED THE PAWLS IAW MM 12-20-04. AND THE BINDING WENT AWAY, DOOR OPENING OPS CHECKED SATISFACTORY IAW MM 52-11-00-710-801.

MAIN DOOR: MAIN CABIN DOOR IS HARD TO OPEN AFTER LANDING. ONCE THE HANDLE IS MOVED TO THE OPEN POSTION IT TAKES APPROX. 30 TO 60 SECONDS TO BE ABLE TO ACTUALLY OPEN THE DOOR. ONCE THE DOOR IS INITIALLY OPENED THE FIRST TIME AFTER LANDING THE DOOR OPENS AND CLOSES AS IT SHOULD. CORRECTIVE ACTION: OPENED AND CLOSED MAIN CABIN DOOR FROM INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE AIRCRAFT, OBSERVED A LITTLE EXTRA FORCE IS NEEDED TO LIFT THE HANDLE TO THE OPENED POSITION FROM INSIDE THE AIRCRAFT, INSPECTED DOOR LINKAGES AND HARDWARE, NO DEFECTS NOTED, VERIFIED PROPER RIGGING OF DOOR OPEN AND CLOSING OPERATION. CLEANED AND LUBED GUIDE TRACK AND BEARING ON INNER HANDLE AND ALSO OUTER HANDLE, PERFORMED MULTIPLE DOOR OPENING AND CLOSING CYCLES WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. NOTED A ROUGH SPOT AT THE TOP OF TRAVEL. .REMOVED LT WING INBD FLAP, OUTER REMOVED LT WING INBD FLAP, OUTER ACTUATOR. INSTALLED A REPAIRED FLAP ACTUATOR IAW AMM 27-53-01. LUBED, RIGGED AND ADJUSTED FLAP ACTUATOR PERFORMED SYS CHK OF FLAP SYS, SATISFACTORY RESULTS ALL IAW AMM 27-53-01.
