THE DOOR IS JAMMED AND WILL NOT OPEN OR LOCK. WENT IN THROUGH THE BAG DOOR AND TRIED TO OPEN IT. PERFORMED GENERAL VISUAL INSPECTION OF VENT PAX DOOR AND ASSOCIATED COMPONENTS AND FOUND ROLLERS CAKED IN GREASE AND DIRT. CLEANED AND RE-LUBE ROLLERS AS REQUIRED: PERFORMED OPERATION CHECK OF PAX DOOR REFERENCED CL650 TASK 52-11-07-710-801 WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
MAIN CABIN DOOR WILL NOT OPEN. HANDLE POPS OPEN HALF INCH AND ROTATES RIGHT A HALF INCH AND LOCKS UP. UNABLE TO MOVE THE HANDLE. ARRIVED TO ACFT. INSPECTED OUTER HANDLE, AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE SECURITY SEAL, WHEN INSTALLED ON THE HANDLE RATHER THAN ON THE DOOR SEAM, IS CAUSING THE HANDLE TO POP OUTWARD OPPOSITE OF ITS INTENDED OPERATION, RESULTING IN A POTENTIAL JAM. WHEN THE SECURITY SEAL IS NOT INSTALLED ON THE HANDLE, THE DOOR HANDLE OPERATES NORMALLY. HAD AC TOWED INTO THE HANGAR. AS A PRECAUTION, GAINED ACCESS TO THE CABIN DOOR OUTER HANDLE. VERIFIED PROPER RIGGING OF CABIN DOOR. ACCOMPLISHED LATCH MECHANISM PUSH ROD BEARING LUBRICATION OF THE OUTER HANDLE AS REQUIRED. CLOSED ACCESS. PERFORMED OPS CHECK. OPS CHECK SATISFACTORY. ALL WORK DONE IAW AMM 12-20-04.
SECOND WRITE UP. MAIN CABIN DOOR WONT OPEN. PUSH BUTTON HANDLE RELEASES ABOUT A INCH AND ROTATES CLOCKWISE A INCH THEN GETS STUCK. CAN NOT ROTATE OR MOVE HANDLE AT ALL. DOOR STUCK CLOSED CORRECTIVE ACTION: ARRIVED AND GAINED ACCESS TO AC. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF MAIN CABIN DOOR. COULD NOT FIND ANY ISSUES WITH DOOR OPERATION. CONTACTED MCC. MCC ELECTED TO SIGN OFF DUE TO OPERATOR ERROR. ALL WORK DONE IAW CL-650 AMM 52-11-00. 01FEB2026.
CABIN HAS A STRONG DIRTY SOCK SMELL. PREVIOUS WRITE-UP. CLEANED WATER SEPARATOR ASSY'S, REMOVED LH AND RH WATER SEPERATOR COALESCE, BAGS AND INSTALLED NEW CONDITION LH AND RH WATER SEPERATOR COALESCER BAGS !AW CL650 AMM 21-51-13, PERFORMED OPS FUNCTIONAL AND LEAK CHECKS IAW CL650 AMM 21-51-00, OPS FUNCTIONAL AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD NO DEFECTS NOTED,
MAIN DOOR: MAIN DOOR IS FLUSH WITH THE FUSELAGE BUT HANDLE REFUSES TO RESEAT ITSELF.. THE PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE DOOR IS ADJAR.... THE DOOR IS UNOPENABLE FROM CREW POINT OF VIEW.. CORRECTIVE ACTION; FOUND CABIN VENT DOOR PLUNGER TO BE STUCK BEHIND THE ACTUATING LUG ON THE DOOR HANDLE PREVENTING DOOR HANDLE FROM STOWING. DEPRESSED CABIN VENT DOOR PLUNGER, MASSAGED SMALL DENT FROM PLUNGER WHICH WAS ALLOWING IT TO SLIP BEHIND THE DOOR HANDLE ACTUATING LUG WHEN THE DOOR HANDLE WAS IN AN OVERTRAVEL POSITION, AND STOWED HANDLE IAW THE BOMBARDIER CHALLENGER 650AMM PART II TASK 52-11-00-410-801, OPERATIONAL CHECKS SATISFACTORY.
MAIN ENTRY DOOR HANDLE IS JAMMED MOSTLY CLOSED AND FLAPPER VALVE DOOR IS STUCK OPEN. CANNOT GET DOOR TO OPEN FROM INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR. CORRECTIVE ACTION: PERFORMED CLEANING AND LUBRICATION OF THE MED DOOR HANDLE IAW CL-650 AMM 52-11-00-010-801, 52-11-00-410-801 AND SPM 51-25-00-100-801 OPS CHECK GOOD
MAIN DOOR HANDLE JAMMED WHILE CLOSING. HANDLE WILL NOT STOW AND WILL NOT EXTEND OUT. KEY IS UNLOCKED. CREW TRIED OPENING FROM INSIDE. HANDLE WILL NOT MOVE. PERFORMED OPS TEST OR THE PASSENGER DOOR LATCH MECHANISM PER MM 52-11-04 WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
UPON ARRIVAL IN KPSP. "FLAP FAIL" CAS MSG ILLUMINATED AT FLAPS 20'SELECTION. 2 CONSECUTIVE FLAP 20' SELECTIONS HAD NO CHANGE. AIRCRAFT CONFIGURED FOR "0" FLAP LANDING. NO HYD LEAKS OR WARNINGS OBSERVED. CORRECTIVE ACTION; REPLACED PDU IAW CL-650 AMM 27-52-01. OPS CHECK GOOD.
PASSENGER / CREW DOORS: CABIN DOOR SUPPORT WILL NOT DEPLOY WHEN CABIN DOOR OPENS. DOOR WILL REST ON THE GROUND. THERE ARE SOME SCRATCHES IN THE PAINT ON THE UPPER EDGE OF THE DOOR WHERE IT CONTACTS THE GROUND BUT NO OTHER DAMAGE IS VISIBLE.(POST FLIGHT) CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED PUSH ROD. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW CL-650 AMM 52-11-25.
ENTRANCE STAIRS: MAIN ENTRY DOOR HANDLE IS STUCK BETWEEN OPEN AND CLOSED POSITION. THE DOOR HANDLE CANNOT BE MOVED. THE DOOR IS CLOSED AND FLUSH WITH THE FUSELAGE. THE PRESSURE RELIEF DOOR IS CRACKED OPEN. PICTURES SENT WITH WRITE-UP. CORRECTIVE ACTION: PERFORMED GVI OF PASSENGER DOOR WITH REFERENCE TO BOMBARDIER CHALLENGER 650 AMM(II) 52-11-00-820-801. NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST WITH REFERENCE TO AMM(II) 52-11-00-710-801. NOTED SIGNIFICANT RESISTANCE WHEN TRYING TO CLOSE DOOR LATCH. PERFORMED LUBRICATION OF PASSENGER DOOR MECHANISMS REF AMM(II) 12-20-04-640-807. CHECK OPERATION POST LUBRICATION REFERENCING AMM(II) 52-11-00-710-801. ALL ABNORMAL RESISTANCE NOTED NO LONGER PRESENT. OPERATIONAL TEST SATISFACTORY.
AFTER TAKEOFF & FLAPS SLECTED TO FLAPS 0, FLAPS TRACKED TO UP POSITION FAILED. FLAP FAIL AMBER CAS MESSAGE DISPLAYED. AFTER LANDING & POST FLT, NOTICED FLAPS APPEAR TO BE OVERRETRACTED. ARRIVED AT FBO & RETRIEVED ALL PARTS & TOOLING SENT FOR ACFT. POWERED ON ACFT DID NOT SEE ANY LATCHED FLAP FAIL MESSAGES. PROCEEDED TO INTEGERGATED THE MDC AND FOUND NO HISTORY OF FLAP FAIL EITHER. PERFORMED MDC DOWNLOAD AND SENT TO MCC/CRC FOR REVIEW. CRC REPLYED & STATED SCENARIO 7 FLAPS FAIL CAS MESSAGE. TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE BASED ON THE WRITE UP. PROCEEDED WITH RECOMMENDATION BY GAINING ACCESS TO FLAP CONTROL UNIT IN THE AVIONICS BAY TO CONNECT FLAP BREAKOUT BOX AS REQUIRED. PDU POTENTIOMETER VOLTAGE CHECKS WERE GOOD. PDU POTENTIOMETER ASSEMBLY AND WIRING ORCUIT RANG OUT GOOD PDU CLEANLINESS, RETENTION AND CONTACTS LOCKING VERIFICATIONS ALL CHKD GOOD, NO DEFECTS. ADVISED CRC OF RESULTS OF CHKS & UNABLE TO DUPLICATE SWAWK. NO FURTHER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED. CLOSED ALL ACCESS AS REQUIRED. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW FLAPS FAIL TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE REV. 3.
MAIN CABIN DOOR WILL NOT OPEN. THE DOOR HANDLE WILL POP OUT, THE VENT DOOR WILL OPEN BUT THE DOOR HANDLE WILL NOT TURN. ARRIVED ONSITE AND FOUND MED DIFFICULT TO OPEN THE FIRST TIME AFTER GAINING ACCESS TO MED IT WAS NOTED THAT ICE WAS BUILT UP ON 2EA LATCH ASSEMBLIES CLEANED THE ICE BUILD UP AS REQUIRED PERFORMED SEVERAL OPERATIONS OF OPENING/CLOSING THE MED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. PAX DOOR STOW AMBER CAS: AFTER CLOSING THE MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR, LOWERING THE STOW DOOR HANDLE IT WAS SNUG & TOOK A LITTLE EXTRA PRESSURE TO LOWER. WHEN PULLING THE T HANDLE TO CLOSE THE EXTERNAL DOOR HANDLE THAT TOOK A LOT OF PRESSURE TO PULL. PAX STOW HANDLE CAS MESSAGE KEPT COMING ON WHILE ON GROUND UNTIL YANKED REALLY HARD IN THE TEE HANDLE. CAS MESSAGE STAYED OUT. BUT NOT NORMAL PRESSURE HAD TO BE APPLIED TO ENSURE DOOR WAS SECURED CLOSED. INSPECTED THE MED HANDLE LINKAGE & FOUND THE LOAD ADJUSTMENT BOLT ON THE INTERNAL HANDLE TO BE TOO TIGHT. ADJUSTED MED LOAD ADJUSTMENT BOLT IAW MM 52-11-00 1L-00. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST OF MED IAW MM 52-L1-00. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
CANT GET THE DOOR HANDLE TO MOVE TO GET THE MAIN CABIN DOOR OPEN. FEELS LIKE THE HANDLE WILL BREAK TRYING SO HARD TO MOVE IT. SERVICED MAIN CABIN DOOR HANDLE GREASED ACTION AND PISTON IAW AMM 52-11-17 NO DEFECTS NOTED OPS CHECK GOOD. ORIG SUB DATE: 12/13/2022
WHILE ENTERING THE AIRCRAFT THE PASSENGER DOOR SUPPORT COLLAPSED. WE OPENED UP ACCESS PANELS TO INVESTIGATE AND FOUND THE DOOR SUPPORT PUSH ROB HAS BROKEN. THERE IS NO OTHER DAMAGE TO THE DOOR AND THE ONLY THING WE CAN SEE IS THAT THE ROD MIGHT HAVE BEEN OUT OF ADJUSTMENT CAUSING THE ROD TO BREAK. REMOVED PASSENGER DOOR SUPPORT ROD. INSTALLED NEW CUSTOMER SUPPLIED DOOR SUPPORT ROD IAW MM 52-11-25. PERFORMED RIGGING CHECK AND OPERATIONAL TEST IAW 52-11-25-710-801. RIGGING AND OPERATIONAL TEST SATISFACTORY.
CABIN DOOR OPEN CAS: HAD AMBER CAS MESSAGE DURING DECENT ( PAX DOOR LATCH ). CAME ON FOR 30 TO 40 SECONDS EACH TIME AND HAPPENED ABOUT 3 TO 4 TIMES.
PRESSURIZATION CONTROL: AT FL410 PRESSURIZATION INDICATIONS BEGAN FLUCTUATING AS MUCH AS 3500 FPM CLIMB AND DECENT. CHANGES COULD BE FELT IN THE EARS. EMERGENCY DESCENT WAS PERFORMED TO 10000. CABIN CLIMB/DESCENT FLUCTUATIONS CONTINUED. PRESSURIZATION WAS SWITCHED TO MANUAL. CLIMB/DESCEND FLUCTUATIONS DECREASED TO +/- 100 FPM. PRESSURIZATION CONTROLLER FAULT LIGHT WAS NOT LIT. MAIN ENTRY DOOR DID NOT MAKE ANY FAILED SEAL SOUNDS AND THE SEAL APPEARED INTACT AND ATTACHED WHEN THE DOOR WAS OPENED. /// CORRECTIVE ACTION /// REMOVED CABIN PRESSURE CONTROLLER. INSTALLED CABIN PRESSURE CONTROLLER PER CL-650 AMM 21-31-13. PERFORMED OPS TEST IN REF WITH CL-650 AMM 21-30-00, OPS CHECK GOOD. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL CHECK OF THE P3 AND S3 PITOT-STATIC SYSTEM SATISFACTORY.
