THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED AFTER TAKEOFF PRESSURIZATION FAILS WITH CABIN RAT CLIMB ABOVE 1000 FT/MIN UNTIL POWER IS REDUCED BELOW 65% N2. THE MAINTENANCE PROVIDER TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND THE NO2 ENGINE MIXING VALVE NOT OPERATING PROPERLY. THE MIXING VALVE WAS REMOVED AND AN OVERHAULED VALVE INSTALLED OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED FINDING THE HF ANTENNA CABLE HAD SEPARATED FROM ITS AFT ATTACH POINT THUS ALLOWING THE ANTENNA TO CONTACT THE AFT SIDE OF THE FUSELAGE CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO AFT FUSELAGE SKIN. THE MAINTENANCE PROVIDER FOUND ONLY MINOR CONTACT MARKS WERE NOTED ON FUSELAGE. THE MX PROVIDER ALSO REMOVED THE REMAINING ANTENNA AND HARDWARE AND MEL 23-16(A) ALLOWED CONTINUED OPERATIONS. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED AN AMBER PITCH TRIM ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED IN CRUISE FLIGHT WHILE TRIMMING. THE MAINTENANCE PROVIDER TROUBLESHOT AND DETERMINED A FAULT WITH THE STAB ACTUATOR WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH AN AS REMOVED UNIT PER THE AMM. OPS CHECKS WERE COMPLETED AND FOUND TO BE SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
