DURING CLIMB AFTER TAKEOFF FROM APF CREW RECEIVED AMBER âR HYD TEMP HIGHâ CAS MESSAGE. MESSAGE CAME AND WENT 3 TIMES BEFORE STAYING ON. CREW FOLLOWED CHECKLIST, TURNED OFF PUMP, AND CLOSED R SOV, HOWEVER TEMP CONTINUED TO VARY BETWEEN 150 AND 204. CREW CONTINUED CHECKLIST AND SHUT DOWN RIGHT ENGINE. CREW DECLARED EMERGENCY AND PERFORMED UNEVENTFUL SINGLE ENGINE LANDING IN MIA. AFTER LANDING AIRCRAFT ENTERED SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE. MAINTENANCE EVALUATION FOUND RESISTANCE ON THE RESERVOIR TEMP SENSOR ROSE FROM 108 OHMS TO 160 OHMS WITH HYO SYSTEM OFF, INDICATING A TEMP SENSOR AT FAULT. REMOVED AND REPLACED RH HYO TEMP SENSOR. PERFORMED SATISFACTORY FUNCTIONAL CHECK OF THE RH HYO TEMP SENSOR.
