FLT 1250, THE CREW REPORTED AN ODOR IN THE CABIN DURING DESCENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE RIGHT ENGINE THRUST REVERSER RESERVOIR ASSEMBLY TOP LEAKING OIL ONTO THE RT ENGINE. REPLACED THE RT ENGINE THRUST REVERSER AUX RESERVOIR ASSEMBLY.

OPS GOOD AT THIS TIME. UNABLE TO CONFIRM REPORTED SNAG. OPENED UNIT AND INSPECTED ALL PC BOARDS, ALL CONNECTORS, FOR ELECTRICAL ODORS OR TRACE OF BURNS. NIL FOUND. REPLACED DC CONVERTER. CLT - HEATED CART AT AFT 2 GALLEY CART DEFECTIVE - ELECTRIC BURNING SMELL. PLUG TOO HOT TO TOUCH. ELECTED TO PULL BREAKER AND SHUT OFF AT SWITCH. MAINTENANCE COULD NOT DUPLICATE DEFECTIVE CART. NOTIFIED CATERING TO CHANGE OUT AFT 2 GALLEY CARTS. A/C OK FOR SERVICE (A/C LEFT SIDE CARTS).
GLA FLT 768 EN ROUTE PHL TO GLA. AT CRUISE GOT A STRONG ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL IN COCKPIT AND CABIN (SMELL ONLY, NO SMOKE) DID SMOKE AND FUMES QRH, SMELL DISSIPATED IN BOTH COCKPIT AND CABIN. TROUBLESHOT PER 767 CABIN AIR QUALITY PROCEDURE. NIL RELEVANT SMELLS APPARENT. AIRCRAFT RESTRICTED FROM ETOPS FLIGHT. SUBSEQUENT TO THIS ACTION, WHILE AT THE GATE, A STRONG ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL WAS NOTICED IN COCKPIT & CABIN, AFTER WINDOW HEAT AND CARGO HEAT WAS TURNED ON, WITH BOTH RECIRC FAN SWITCHES ON. RIGHT RECIRC FAN 'INOP' LIGHT / ANNUNCIATED. THE RIGHT RECIRCULATION FAN WAS PLACED ON MEL. AFTERWARDS, AFTER PUSH BACK, THE FLIGHT ATTENDANTS COMPLAINED OF FUMES IN THE CABIN. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO GATE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT RECIRCULATION FAN AND FILTER. RAN AIRCRAFT ENGINES AT IDLE WITH AIRCRAFT IN FLIGHT CONFIGURATION. NIL RELEVANT SMELLS APPARENT.
ELECTRICAL SMOKE NOTED FOLLOWED (30 SECS APPROX) EICAS MSGR RECIRC FAN. SMOKE SLOWLY DISSIPATED. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT RECIRC FAN AND HEPA FILTER.
PHL - RIGHT FORWARD DOOR DIFFICULT TO CLOSE. MAINTENANCE FOUND UPPER DOOR LINING PANEL WAS LOOSE AND FALLING OUT OF TRACK. SECURED PANEL. OPS CHECKS GOOD. OK FOR SERVICE.
GIG - THE FLASHLIGHT AT FLIGHT ATTENDANT POSITION L2 WAS INOPERATIVE. REPLACED THE FLASHLIGHT BATTERY.
CLT - FLT 1106 EN ROUTE CLT TO PHF. THE AFT CABIN TEMP AT 17,000 FEET BECAME UNBEARABLE. HOT AIR WAS REPORTED TO BE COMING OUT INTO THE REAR CABIN. THE FLIGHT CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, AND RETURNED TO THE FIELD IN CLT. THE FLIGHT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE TRIM AIR MODULATING VALVE. ACTUATOR BINDING, SWITCHES OUT OF SPEC, RESISTOR ERRATIC.
ZRH - FOUND THE LEFT EMERGENCY DOOR WITH BOTH SIGNS NOT ILLUMINATED. REPAIRED LOOSE SUPPLY WIRE TO EMERGENCY LIGHT ASSEMBLY.
CLT - THE RIGHT SPOILER SQUIB WILL NOT TEST IN POS 2. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RIGHT OFF-WING BATTERY AND POWER SUPPLY.
PHL - AFT MEGAPHONE INOP. REPLACED AFT MEGAPHONE WITH NEW.
CLT - THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS ON WITH SWITCH IN OFF POSITION. REPLACED FORWARD ATTENDANT PANEL EMERGENCY LIGHT SWITCH S1.
CLT FLT 968 SJU - CLT. THE FIRST OFFICER'S LOWER CRT (MAP SCREEN) HAS BRIGHT LIGHT SPIKES WITH INTERMITTENT INTERNAL ARCING. THE CREW SELECTED EFI, BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTED. THE FLIGHT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT EHSI.

MAD - FLT 730 PHL TO MAD. DURING APPROACH, THE FLAPS AUTOMATICALLY LOCKED AT 20 DEGREES DUE TO A LEADING EDGE SLAT ASYMMETRY WARNING. THE CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, ACCOMPLISHED QRH PROCEDURES, AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED A BITE CHECK OF THE FSEU, AND OPERATED THE SLATS/FLAPS OVER A FULL RANGE. NO DEFECTS WERE NOTED. ALSO, THE PHYSICAL INSPECTION OF THE SLATS IN THE DEPLOYED POSITION REVEALED NO DEFECTS. OK FOR SERVICE.
