UNDER MAINTENANCE DIRECTION, WE RESET THE STAB BUTTON AND TESTED AGAIN WITH N2 AT 90%. IT FAILED AGAIN. WE TESTED ONE MORE TIME N2 89% AND IT FAILED AGAIN, RESULTING IN A DIVERSION BACK TO LAS DUE TO ICING IN BUR. MX CORR ACTION- REMOVED AND REPLACED STAB A/I PUSHBUTTON SWITCH. PERFORMED ANTI-ICING SYSTEM OPERATIONAL TEST. OPS CHECK GOOD.

ISSUE; CREW REPORTED BLEED 2 FAIL AND BLEED 2 VALVE CLOSED MESSAGES WHEN PASSING THROUGH 18,000 FEET. NOTICED DURING PNEUMATIC CHECKS AT 18000 FEET. RESET BLEED 2 PER THE QRH AND MESSAGES REMAINED. AIR RETURN. CORR ACTION; MX TROUBLESHOT TO BAD VALVE. REMOVED AND REPLACED E2 BLEED VALVE ALL OPS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD.

ISSUE-CREW REPORTED DURING OUR CLIMB PERFORMED PART 2 OF OF THE B TEST. WING ANTI ICE FAILED. WE TESTED MULTIPLE TIMES WITH THE SAME RESULT. CORR ACTION-MX TROUBLESHOT AND PERFORMED VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE RH AND LH ANTI-ICE SYSTEM. FOUND LOOSE CONNECTION ON THE RH PRESSURE SENSOR MANIFOLD. TIGHTENED CONNECTION, FOUND PRESSURE MANIFOLD LOOSE ON LH SIDE, RE-TIGHTENED MANIFOLD TO BRACKET, PERFORMED OPS CHECK, NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
CREW HAD BLEED 1 LEAK ON TAKEOFF. QRH PROCEDURE DIDNâT CLEAR MESSAGE. AIR RETURN TO OAK. CORR ACTION-INITIALLY DEFERRED. NEXT DAY 5-14-22 OPS TESTED BLEED 1 SYSTEM WITH FULL LOAD FOR 15 MINUTES NO MESSAGES APPEARED CLEARED DEFERRAL.
ISSUE- CAB ALT IMMEDIATELY STARTED TO CLIMB ON DEPARTURE FROM LAS. QRH WAS USED TO VERIFY DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE. WHILE RUNNING, QRH/CAB ALT REACHED 10,700FT. MANUEL CONTROL IN DN POSITION. CREW REQUESTED TO RETURN TO LAS. NO EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED PER FLIGHT CREW BUT SAFETY VEHICLES DID ROLL. CORR ACTION- R&R'D DIGITAL PRESSURIZATION CONTROLLER OPS TESTED GOOD IN MANUAL AND AUTO.
ISSUE- CREW REPORTED DURING CLIMB OUT THAT THEY LOST FO PFD, AND MFD; FOLLOWED BY LOSS OF CA PFD, MFD AND EICAS DISPLAY. FO PFD, MFD, AND EICAS RETURNED. CA SIDE DID NOT RETURN. MESSAGES CHK IC CONFIG, YAW DAMPER FAIL, IC 1 CONFIG FAIL. CORR ACTION-TROUBLESHOT TO BAD #2 IC600, R&R'D IC600 ALL OPS TESTS GOOD.
RETURN FLIGHT-ISSUE: DURING CLIMB WAS REPORTED PAX HAD NO AC CREW OBSERVED CABIN TEMP 86F RETURNED TO FIELD. CORR ACTION: TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM AND FOUND THE GASPER FAN CIRCUIT BREAKERS NOT SEATED FULLY. RESET CB AND CYCLED SYSTEM POWER. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OPS CHECKS GOOD, NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
