CREW REPORTED- LOWERED LANDING GEAR FOR CCR. GOT EICAS MESSAGE âLG AIR/GND FAILâ. ULTIMATELY, WRH HAS LANDING DISTANCE MULTIPLIED BY 1.7. CCR RUNWAYS TOO SHORT. DIVERTED TO OAK. CORR ACTION- PERFORM TEST AND CLEAN ALL CANNON PLUG. OPS CHECK OK THIS CLEARS THE SNAG.
CREW REPORTED-WHILE IN ROUTE PACK TWO VALVE CLOSED. FLIGHT ATTENDANT SAID SHE HEARD THE HOSE BLOW OFF. THEY WERE CLIMBING THROUGH 23,000 FEET AND LEVELED OUT AT 25,000 FOR SINGLE PACK ALTITUDE. A COUPLE MINUTES LATER THE CABIN ALTITUDE STARTED TO CLIMB AGGRESSIVELY. CREW DECIDED TO RETURN TO OAK. CORRECTIVE ACTION- REMOVED AND REPLACED BLOWN DUCT IN PAC 1 AND REMOVED AND REPLACE DAMAGED AND LEAKING DUCT IN PAC 2. OPS AND PRESSURE CHECK GOOD.
ISSUE-CREW REPORTED WITH PACK 2 ON MEL, PACK 1 OUTPUT INADEQUATE TO PRESSURIZE AIRCRAFT AND RETURNED TO KBUR. MX CORR ACTION-MX REPORTED NO FLOW OF AIR COMING FROM HEAT EXCHANGER EXHAUST, LH SIDE. PERFORMED THE INSPECTION/CHECK OF THE LH PACK DUCTS AND FOUND DUCT TO HEAT EXCHANGER HAD BLOWN OFF. RESCURED THE DUCT OPERATIONAL & LEAK CHECK GOOD.
ISSUE: PACK 1-2 VALVE CLOSED MESSAGE AND PACK 2 WAS ALREADY DEFERRED RESULTED IN PRESSURIZATION ISSUES. CREW RETURNED TO BURBANK. CORR ACTION PACK1 DISCOVERED BLOWN OFF DUCT AND SLEEVE REINSTALLED OPS/LK CHECK GOOD. PACK2 DISCOVERED BLOWN OFF DUCT AND SLEEVE REINSTALLED OPS/LK CHECK GOOD. (HAS FLOWN 7 LEGS SINCE NO ISSUES)

RECEIVED A GEN NR 4 BRG FAIL EICAS MESSAGE DURING BUR-EUG REPO LEG. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 4 GENERATOR OPS TEST GOOD.
