RT THRUST REVERSER ILLUMINTED IN FLIGHT, SYSTEM OPERATED CORRECTLY IWA MFG MM. VISUAL INSPECTION REVEALED STICKY LATCHES AND DEFECTIVE T/R ACCUMULATOR. AWAITING FINAL FIX AND RETURN TO SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED ACCUMUALTOR AND INDICATOR GAUGE. LATCHES WERE CLEANED AND LUBRICATED. AS PRECAUTION, T/R SELECTOR VALVES WERE REPLACED ALONG WITH THE SYSTEM RELIEF VALVE AND THE RT SIDE T/R ACTUATOR. ALL CHECKS, NORMAL.

RT THRUST REVERSER ARM LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT ON LEG NR 2. A/C RETURNED TO BASE. GROUND OPS CHECK WAS PERFORMED, SYSTEM WAS OPERATING CORRECTLY IAW MM. VISUAL INSP REVEALED FOLLOWING: LATCHES WERE STICKY AND REQUIRED CLEANING AND LUBRICATION. T/R SYSTEM ACCUMULATOR HAD LOST ITS CHANGE. ACCUMULATOR WAS RESERVICED BUT LEAKED DOWN AGAIN IN A SHORT TIME. GAUGE USED TO CHECK ACCUMULATOR WAS ALSO STICKING AND PROVIDING A FALSE INDICATION OF CHARGE. ACCUMULATOR WAS REPLACED ALONG WITH THE INDICATOR GAUGE. LATCHES WERE CLEANED AND LUBRICATED. AS A FURTHER PRECAUTION THE T/R SELECTOR VALVES WERE REPLACED ALONG WITH SYSTEM RELIEF VALVE AND RIGHT SIDE T/R ACTUATOR. SYSTEM WAS RESERVICED AND OPS CHECKED.

CABIN ALTITUDE REACHED 10,000 FT MAX., AIRFLOW WAS APPLIED AND CABIN WAS RESTORED. DECENT FOLLOWED WITH FLOW ON UNTIL 1500 FT PRIOR TO LANDING. REQUIRED MAX AIRFLOW TO MAINTAIN CABIN PRESSURE. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED GROUND TEST OF CABIN PRESSURIZATION SYSTEM, OPERATED NORMALLY BUT EXCESSIVE AIR LEAK WAS FOUND COMING FROM AROUND CABIN DOOR SEAL FORWARD SIDE. A VISUAL INSPECTION SHOWED A 1.5 INCH TEAR IN THE SEAL. SEAL IS TO BE REPLACED BEFORE ANY FURTHER TROUBLSHOOTING TAKES PLACE.

NOSE WHEEL UNSAFE LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED AFTER LANDING GEAR WAS SECURED UP. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO FRG. LANDING GEAR SELECTED DOWN AND SHOWED SAFE. AIRCRAFT MADE AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING. INSPECTED AND FOUND NOSE GEAR UP AND LOCKED SWITCH BRACKET WAS BENT AND DEFORMED. INVESTIGATION FOUND AIRCRAFT HAD BEEN MOVED BY FBO LINE PERSONNEL JUST PRIOR TO DEPARTURE FROM FRG. LINE PERSONNEL HAD USED A STRAP STYLE TOWBAR WHICH WAS PLACED TOO LOW, DAMAGING THE BRACKET.
