RIGHT ENG LOST OIL PRESS & TORQUE. ENG SHUTDOWN & SECURED IMMEDIATELY. AFTER LANDING FOUND LARGE AMOUNTS OF OIL LEAKING ON COWLING & GND. FAULT NOT DETECTED AT THIS TIME. WILL AMEND REPORT UPON COMPLETION OF INSPECTION.
DURING CLIMB OUT, THROUGH APPROX 1800 FEET EXPERIENCED RAPID LOSS OF CABIN PRESSURE. DESCENDED AND RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT. AFTER EXTENSIVE TROUBLESHOOTING IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE UPPER FORWARD LATCH HAD A BROKEN CLEVIS PIN AT THE LATCH PIVOT POINT. PRESSURIZATION AND FLIGHT CHECK SATISFACTORY.
LEFT ENGINE BLEED AIR LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. RETURNED TO DEPARTURE POINT AT FAIRBANKS. (M)
LT BLEED AIR FAIL LIGHT ILLUMINATED DURING FLIGHT. SECURED BLEED AIR FOR AFFECTED SIDE AND LANDED AT SCHEDULED DESTINATION. MAINTENANCE DEPT INSPECTED ALL BLEED DUCTS AND EVA TUBING, WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. PURGED SYSTEM WITH COMPRESSED AIR CLEARING POSSIBLE OBSTRUCTION. PERFORMED OPERATION CHECK OF SYSTEM AND CHECK FLIGHT OF AIRCRAFT. NO FURTHER DISCREPANCIES NOTED.
