AFTER EXTENSIVE TROUBLESHOOTING IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE UPPER FORWARD LATCH HAD A BROKEN CLEVIS PIN AT THE LATCH PIVOT POINT. PRESSURIZATION AND FLIGHT CHECK SATISFACTORY.
