ISSUE-CREW REPORTED AROUND 1000 FEET ON TAKEOFF INTO IMC WITH THE LEFT SEAT PILOT FLYING, SCREENS 1, 2, 3, AND 4 AND ISIS WENT OUT. AUTOPILOT FAILED, FD NOT VISIBLE ON SINGLE REMAINING SCREEN, AND NAV 2 WENT OUT AND NEVER CAME BACK. ONE OR TWO OF THE FAILED LEFT SCREENS HAD A RED X THEN WENT OUT AGAIN. DECLARED EMERGENCY AND DID AN AIR RETURN WITH VECTORS. ALONG THE WAY, MFD 2 RETURNED AND WAS USED WITH REVERSION TO SEE EICAS MESSAGES. ONLY RED AUTOPILOT FAIL DISPLAYED. REVERSIONS TRIED ON LHS WITH NO EFFECT. EVENTUALLY ALL SCREENS CAME BACK. NEVER FLEW HIGHER THAN 5000 FEET. CORR ACTION-MX PERFORMED ADJUSTMENT & TESTS OF GCU, DC ELECTRICAL LOAD DISTRIBUTION, AVIONIC MASTER SYSTEM AND EXT POWER. ALL OPS CHECKS GOOD.
CREW REPORTED-RCVD CAS MESSAGE âLG AIR/GND FAIL.â GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT WHEN GO-AROUND WAS INITIATED. MESSAGE CLEARED UPON TOUCHDOWN. CORR ACTION- REMOVED AND REPLACED NLG PROXIMITY SWITCH PERFORMED TWO GEAR SWINGS ALL OPS TESTS GOOD.
DISC: AFTER TAKEOFF CABIN ALT PRESSURE WAS AMBER AND ROSE WITH THE AIRCRAFT. IT LEAKED AT ABOUT 9800FT AND THE AIRCRAFT ALTITUDE WAS APPROX 11.3FT. THAT DESCENDED BACK TO 10000FT AND THE CABIN ALT HELD WITHIN 200FT WHATEVER ALT THEY WERE AT. CORR ACTION: COMPLETED PRESSURIZATION CHECK OPS TESTED GOOD ON THE GROUND. ON 6/3 HAD ANOTHER ISSUE PRESSURIZING ON THE GROUND FOUND AC GROUND CONNECTION FLAPPER STICKING OPEN DUE TO BROKEN HINGE. R&R'D FLAPPER VALVE.

WE DESCENDED BACK TO 10000 AND THE CAB ALT HELD WITHIN 200 FT WHATEVER ALT THEY WERE AT. COMPLETED EMB 135 AMM 21-31-00 PRESSURIAZITION CONTROL TEST OPS CHECK GOOD. ON 6/3/21 FOUND GROUND CONNECTION FLAPPER VALVE STICKING OPEN (BROKEN HINGE AND BROKEN SPRING). REMOVED SERVICEABLE FLAPPER VALVE FROM N246JX AND INSTALLED IT ON N260JX. PRESSURIZATION OPERATIONAL CHECKED GOOD. ALL WORK DONE IAW: EMB135 AMM 21-31-00 AND 21-22-04, 25-21-01, 53-01-02.
NOSE LANDING DOORS NEVER CLOSED AFTER PUTTING THE GEAR UP. WE FELT THE VIBRATION AND THE NOISE EVEN AFTER WE TRIED TO PUT THE GEAR UP AND DOWN AGAIN. REMOVED AND REPLACED FAULTY DOOR CONTROL RELAY K0642.
