AFTER TAKEOFF THE AIRCRAFT WOULD NOT PRESSURIZE. WE USED QRH (CABIN ALT) FOR GUIDANCE, AND TRIED MANUAL MODE AND THE AIRCRAFT STILL WOULD NOT PRESSURIZE.

UPON CLIMB OUT THE CABIN WAS NOT PRESSURIZING (REPEAT WRITE UP) AND THERE WAS SIGNIFICANT AIRFLOW THRU THE MAIN CABIN DOOR. AFTER WE LEVELED AT 5000FT FOR AWHILE THE DOOR SEAL AIRFLOW DECREASED AND THE CABIN BEGAN TO PRESSURIZE. WHILE PERFORMING OTHER MAINTENANCE TECHS FOUND THE MAIN CABIN DOOR HANDLE WOULD NOT SEAT IN CLOSED POSITION ATTEMPTED TO CLOSE MAIN CABIN FROM INSIDE & OUTSIDE ACFT MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO SUCCESS. CLEANED & LUBRICATED EXTERIOR PORTION OF HANDLE ASSEMBLY UNTIL HANDLE SEATED CORRECTLY. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW AMM 12-20-04.

MAKING TURN ONTO RUNWAY, STEERING INOP AMBER CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED AND NOSE WHEEL WENT INTO CASTERING MODE. WE WERE ABLE TO CASTER NOSEWHEEL BACK AND TAXI FORWARD TO CLEAR RUNWAY. NOSE STEER SWITCH CYCLED AND WAS ABLE TO REINSTATE STEERING. TAXIED NORMALLY BACK TO RAMP TO INTIATE CALL TO FODM. WHEN BACK IN THE RAMP AREA I TURNED OFF NOSE STEER IN ANTICIPATION OF A AFTER START FLOW IF ANOTHER TAKEOFF WAS TO BE ATTEMPTED. WHILE ON CALL TO FODM I TURNED NOSE STEER BACK ON AND IMMEDIATELY RECEIVED A STEERING INOP AMBER CAS AGAIN. CORRECTIVE ACTION: NO FAULTS FOUND IN MDC. PERFORMED SEVERAL OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF NWS WITH NO FAULTS NOTED REFERENCE WITH CL-650 AMM 32-51-00.MCC VERIFIED WITH NO HISTORY THIS IS SATISFACTORY.

STALL CHECK: DURING PREFLIGHT SPS SYSTEM CHECK, WITH LEFT AND RIGHT TEST SWITCHES IN TEST, STICK SHAKER ACTIVATED BUT WE HEARD, AND CO-PILOT FELT, A TAPPING/BANGING UNDER HIS RIGHT FOOT. ADDITIONALLY, THE PUSHER FAILED TO ACTIVATE. WE TESTED A SECOND TIME AND SHAKER ACTIVATED, TAPPING HEARD BUT PUSHER, AFTER A 1 TO 2 SECOND DELAY, ACTIVATED. WE DEPRESSED THE AP/SP DISC BUTTON, PUSHER, AFTER A 2 TO 3 SECOND DELAY, RETURNED APPROX. HALF WAY AND STOPPED MIDWAY OF THE RETURN TRAVEL, DELAYED IN THAT POSITION APPROX. 2 SECONDS AND THEN FULLY RETURNED. CO-PILOT STATED HE FELT A GRINDING THROUGH THE CONTROL COLUMN AS IT RETURNED TO THE NORMAL POSITION. G SWITCH TEST ALSO FAILED AS THE PUSHER WOULD NOT RELEASE. (STALL VANES WERE CHECKED FOR NORMAL STREAMLINED POSITION, AND THEY WERE NORMAL) CORRECTIVE ACTION: REVIEWED PREVIOUS STEPS AND PROCEEDED WITH THE FOLLOWING; LAST TECH REPORTED THAT THE STICK PUSHER ACTUATOR WAS SUSPECTED FAULTY. WITH PART ONSITE, REMOVED AND REPLACED STICK PUSHER ACTUATOR AND PERFORMED OPS CHECKS. OPS CHECKS GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED. WORK DONE IAW CL-650 AMM 27-35-10.
