PILOT REPORTED LT LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT EXTEND. ACFT LANDED GEAR UP. FOUND 1 TIE BOLT ON LT BRAKE CALIPER HAD BACKED OUT AND WEDGED BETWEEN THE CALIPER AND GEAR WELL NOT ALLOWING LANDING GEAR TO EXTEND.
