CREW REPORTED- ON DEPARTURE LG AIR/GRND FAIL. LND GEAR LOCKED DOWN, RAN QRH WITH NO RESOLUTION. AIR RETURNED. WHEN PARKED FRONT NOSE STRUT FULLY COMPRESSED. CORR ACTION MX DETERMINED THAT THE NLG STRUT HAD BEEN INCORRECTLY SERVICED WITH EITHER HYDRAULIC FLUID OR NITROGEN. SERVICED NLG STRUT WITH BOTH HYDRAULIC FLUID AND NIGROGEN. NO ABNORMALITIES FOUND DURING SERVICING. OPS CHECK GOOD. CYCLED THE GEAR UP AND DOWN 3 TIMES WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. JACKED AND DOWNJACKED AIRCRAFT AND OBSERVED SMOOTH MOVEMENT OF STRUT.
ISSUE-CREW REPORTED LG AIR/ GND FAIL PRESENTED IMMEDIATELY AFTER TAKEOFF. RAN QRH 12-6 AND NAP 22. RETUNED TO LAS. CORR ACTION MX FOUND NLG PROXIMITY SWITCH CANNON PLUG DISCONNECTED. RECONNECTED CANNON PLUG OPS TEST GOOD.
ISSUE; PILOT REPORTED AFTER TAKEOFF, GEAR RETRACTION NORMAL. ACCELERATING THRU ABOUT 230 ITâS, 6000 FEET, NOSE GEAR DOOR OPENED. SLOWED TO 200, LOWERED GEAR, ALL NORMAL. RETRACTING GEAR, GEAR RETRACTED BUT NOSE DOOR REMAINED OPEN. HYDRAULICS NORMAL. CORR ACTION; MX RR NOSE LANDING GEAR SOLENOID VALVE . OPS CHECK GOOD. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD. RETRACTED AND EXTENDED GEARS 10 TIMES.

ISSUE: PACK 1 OVERHEAT AND PACK 2 FAIL MESSAGES ON CLIMB OUT CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND RETURNED. PACK 1 OVERHEAT RAN FIM CLEANED AND CHECKED CONTINUITY AT P0944 & P0454 NO DEFECTS. PACK 2 FAIL CLEANED AND RESEATED PACK VALVE CONNECTOR COULDN'T DUPLICATE PACK 2 FAIL OPS TESTED GOOD.
ISSUE: DEPARTING LAS VEGAS PILOT NOTICED AT 8000â THAT THE PLANE WASNâT AUTO PRESSURING. CREW RECYCLED THE PACKS TWICE AND IT DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE. CREW RAN THE QRH AND STARTED TO MANUALLY PRESSURIZE THE AIRPLANE. EVERYTHING WORKED NORMALLY UNTIL THEY GOT TO 29000â AND THE CABIN ALTITUDE SHOT UP FROM 8000â TO 11800â IN ABOUT 30 SECONDS. THE DELTA P STAYED AT APPROXIMATELY 5.2. PILOT TURNED THE MANUAL PRESSURE DIAL TO THE 2 OâCLOCK POSITION AND HE STILL COULDNâT CLIMB THE CABIN. HE ASKED FOR LOWER ALT AND TIME TO TROUBLESHOOT THE PROBLEM BUT ATC TURNED THEM BACK TO VEGAS. CORR ACTION: INSTALLED SERVICABLE CABIN PRESSURE ACQUISITION MODULE FROM N246JX IN REF TO EMB-135 AMM 21-32-01 ND AP4134059 ACCOMPLISHED OPS CHECK OF CPAM IAW EMB 135 AMM 21-32-01. ALL CHECKS GOOD.
FIRST OFFICER'S WINDSHIELD CRACKED AT FL290. AIRCRAFT DIVERTED.
