WHEN POWER WAS REAPPLIED, ENGINE FAILED TO RESPOND ENGINE WAS SECURED, TROUBLESHOOTING DECIDED PROP GOV FAILED. PROP GOV WAS REPALCED WITH OVERHAULED UNIT, ALL CHECK SAT.
