DURING CLIMB AT FL290, CREW RECEIVED LEFT ENGINE HIGH OIL PRESSURE INDICATION. CHECKLIST FOLLOWED, EMERGENCY DECLARED, DESCENDED, AND PERFORMED UNSCHEDULED LANDING WITHOUT INCIDENT. ENGINE DOWNLOAD COMPLETED AND SENT TO ENGINE OEM FOR EVALUATION. MAINTENANCE EVALUATION FOUND LEFT ENGINE OIL PRESSURE HIGH BY 4 PSI WITH NO OTHER DISCREPANCIES NOTED. OIL PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT PERFORMED TO WITHIN SPECIFICATIONS, ALL POST RUNS AND INSPECTIONS NORMAL.
