Maintenance disclosures
AFTER LANDING WITH PASSENGER THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR WOULDNT OPEN WITH THE RED HANDLE. IT COMES OUT OF THE STOWED POSITION BUT CANNOT BE MOVED FURTHER TO OPEN IT. WE HAD TO GRAB THE GREY HANDLE AND FORCIBLY SHAKE IT TO EVENTUALLY GET IT TO OPEN UP. FOUND DAMAGED RUBBER DUST GUARD TO BE TANGLED IN DOOR LATCH MECHANISM. PERFORMED TEMPORARY REPAIR OF MED CLOSEOUT PANEL GASKET FOR FLY-ON IAW RFTS-117573 REV. 0 BY METHOD OF CLEANING AFFECTED AREA AND REMOVAL OF DAMAGED GASKET PORTION. OPS AND CLEARANCE CHECKS OF THE MED GOOD.
DURING PREFLIGHT INSPECTION OF THE CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS, THE FORWARD LIGHT ON THE BASE OF SEAT 2 WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. GAINED ACCESS TO AC. REMOVED PANEL, SIGN ASSY, ILLUMINATED, PAX CAB DUE TO INOP, AND INSTALLED NEW PANEL, SIGN ASSY, ILLUMINATED, PAX CAB. CLOSED ACCESS. PERFORMED OPS CHECKS. OPS CHECK SATISFACTORY. ALL WORK DONE IAW AMM 33-51-03.
DURING THE TAKEOFF ROLL, AUTOBRAKES TURNED OFF AND RECEIVED BOTH CAS MESSAGES LISTED ABOVE. ALSO NOTED A RIGHT PULLING TENDENCY AND A RIGHT INBOARD BRAKE INCREASED TEMPERATURE. PREVIOUSLY WRITTEN UP ON 3/6. REPLACED TRANSDUCER. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW AMM 32-41-06
DOOR PAX SEAL FAIL CYAN CAS COME ON INFLIGHT AROUND FL300. PERFORMED QRH PROCEDURES NO FURTHER ISSUES. RESET CBS MDPS PRESS XDCR AND MDPS VALVE 1. FOLLOWED MAIN-DOOR PRESSURIZED-SEAL SYS OPS TEST. SEAL PRESSURIZED TO 25.8 PSIG & REGULATED ITSELF. NO LEAKS WERE DETECTED AROUND THE SEAL, SEAL IS IN SATISFACTORY CONDITION. OPS CHKD SATISFACTORY IAW AMM 36-16-00-710-801.
