DUE TO THE FOLLOW ON MAINTENANCE ACTION REQUIRED UPON LANDING IN MAN, AN OPERATIONAL DECISION WAS MADE TO RETURN TO PHL THE FLIGHT RETURNED TO PHL AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
