THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT DURING POST FLIGHT CHECKS WITH THE EMER LIGHTS IN ARM POSITION, THE RIGHTHAND CABIN LIGHT OVER SEAT 6 AND RIGHT FORWARD EXTERIOR EMER LIGHT, EMER LIGHT IN RIGHT LANDING LIGHT AREA LIGHTS WERE NOT ILLUMINATING. THE MAINTENANCE PROVIDER TROUBLESHOOT PERFORMED AND FOUND INERTIA SWITCH OF BATTERY PACK NO4 DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY. THEY REPLACED THE INERTIA SWITCH WITH A NEW TEXTRON SWITCH. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT DURING START OF THE APU OF SMELLING EXHAUST FUMES. SUSPECTED THAT THE APU BLEED VALVE WAS NOT SHUTTING COMPLETELY. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM DETERMINED THAT THE APU BLEED AIR BUTTERFLY VALVE WAS INOPERABLE. THE VALVE WAS REMOVED AND AN OVERHAULED UNIT WAS INSTALLED. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

THE CO-PILOT RIGHT, FORWARD SIDE WINDOW OUTER PANE SHATTERED DURING CLIMB THROUGH FL380 OUT OF ORLANDO, FL. CREW DIVERTED TO TALLAHASSEE AND TEXTRON'S MSU WAS CALLED TO REPLACE WINDOW. NEW WINDOW FAILED HEAT OPERATIONAL CHECK AND A BAD HEAT CONTROLLER WAS FOUND. HEAT CONTROLLER WAS REPLACED ON SITE AND OPERATIONALLY CHECKED SATISFACTORY.
