AVNX MAU 1B FAULT /SPOILER FAULT ON FINAL DESCENT. REJECTED TO AT APPROXIMATELY 60 KNTS. CAUTION WAS ACCOMPANIED WITH ANOTHER ADVISORY MESSAGE THAT I DIDN'T GET TO READ. CAUTION EXTINGUISHED AS WE EXITED THE RUNWAY. EMERGENCY DECLARED. RAR POWER MODULE #3 IAW MM 31-41-02. NO EICAS OR CMC MESSAGES.
FLAP FAIL DURING FLIGHT. PRIOR TO LANDING WE WE'RE TOLD TO SLOW TO 180 KTS. AS THAT WAS NEAR GREEN DOT, WE SET FLAPS 1 AND 2. NO ISSUES. ONCE WE WE'RE TOLD TO SPEED UP WE WENT FLAPS ONE AND KEPT IT UNTIL THE APPROACH. ONCE ON APPROACH I CALLED FOR FLAPS 2 FLAP FAIL ANNUNCIATED. WE DISCONTINUED TO APPROACH TO FOLLOW QRH PROCEDURES. WE WENT FROM 2-1 AND THE FAIL MESSAGE WENT AWAY. WENT FLAPS TWO AGAIN PER QRH AND FAIL POPPED UP AGAIN. WE COMPLETED THE QRH PROCEDURE ALLOWING US TO HAVE SLATS THREE FLAPS 1. LANDED SAFELY WITH FLAPS 1 SLATS 3. EMERGENCY DECLARED. C/W FIM TASK 27-50-00-810-803. ONE TRIP INDICATOR RIGHT HAND INBOARD TRIPPED. FLAP OPS CHECK IAW EMB 175 MM 27-50-00.
