DURING TAXI, RH ENG START VALVE WOULD NOT GO TO COMMANDED POSITION. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BLOCKS (BTB). DEFERRED IAW ABX-80-00-2-1. REMOVED AND REPLACED RH ENGINE START VALVE IAW AMM 80-11-02. OPS CHECK GOOD. THIS CLEARS DI. A/C REMAINS NO ETOPS. A/C RETURNED TO SERVICE.

AT 10000 FT SPD 240KTS EICAS MESSAGE AILERON LOCKOUT MSGÂ APEARED. .ACFT LANDED SAFELY. MTX GROUNDED ACFT AND MTX DEFERRED THE AILERON LOCKOUT SYSTEM .IAW ABX MEL-27-11-2. AND RETURNED AC TO SERVICE.
DURING MAINT. INSPECTION, FOUND R2 WINDOW EMERGENCY HANDLE NOT FLUSH. MAINTENANCE RESET EXCESS HANDLE TO FLUSH IAW B767 AMM 56-00-00. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
MAIN CARGO DOOR LIGHT ON AFTER PUSH BACKÂ ,AC RETURNED TO GATE (BTB) AND MTX CYCLED MCD OPS CHECKED GOOD GVI ALL DOOR LOCK INDICATOR CHECKED AND IN WINDOWS NO LIGHT MESSAGE AT THIS TIME IAW B767 52-32-00 AND RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON DESCENT, EMERGENCY OVERHEAD LIGHT ON WHEN ARMED. AFTER LANDING, MAINTENANCE GROUNDED AIRCRAFT. TROUBLESHOOT, REMOVED AND REPLACED M735 CHARGER ASSY, REF B-767 AMM 33-51-07. OPS CHECKED NORMAL. OVERHEAD PANEL INSTALLED. RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
EICAS MSG "C HYD PRIM 2" APPEARED DURING TAXI, CB PRIM PUMP 2 POPPED, LOW PRESS ELEC 2 LOW PRESS ILLUMINATED. AC RETURNED TO THE GATE (BTB) AND MTX GROUNDED AC . MTX INSPECTED AC AND DEFERRED C PRIM 2 HYDS IAW MEL ABX-29-11-2. AND RETURNED AC TO SERVICE.

NOSE WHEEL STEERING INOP ON TAXI OUT AC RETURNED TO GATE AND MAINTENANCE GROUNDED AC . TROUBLE SHOT AND REPLACING NLG STEERING MODULE. DURING T/S OF STEERING VALVE FOUND BYPASS HANDLE BINDING. (TOWING LEVER) PEN ROF FIM 32-51 FAULT TREE 80G. REMOVED NOSE GEAR STEERING METERING VALVE MODULE. PER REF B767 AMM 32-51-04. SEE LP 38762-73/3 POR SERVICEABLE PART INSTALLATION. REF LP 38762-73/1 AC RETURNED TO SERVICE .
LH ENGINE FUEL LEAK AT DRAIN MAST. NOTED RESIDUAL FUEL FOUND LEAKING FROM ENGINE DRAIN MAST PERFORMED ENGINE VENT AND DRAIN INSPECTION IAW AMM 7.1-71-00 REV 141; NO FURTHER LEAKS FOUND A/C CONDITION NORMAL A/C REMAINS NON ETOPS
FLAP INDICATION IS INOP. BOTH NEEDLES SHOW 0 DEGREES AT FULL FLAPS. T/S PER W.D. 27-58-11 FOUND NO POWER AT PIN 3 AND 6 ON CONN D240. FOUND MISIING POWER AT CB'S RAN RESISTANCE CHECK FOUND TERMINAL 2 AT TB 152 COMPLETLY LOOSE, RESUECURED AS REQUIRED OPS CK GOOD PER AMM 27-58-00.
"AFT CABIN TEMP EICAS MESSAGE CAME ON AT ENGINE START #2 DURING TAXI OUT AC RETURNED TO SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE GROUNDED AC.AND DEFERRED THE AFT CABIN TEMP MESSAGE IAW ABX MEL-21-61-1-2. AND RETURNED AC TO SERVICE FOR DEPARTURE .AFTER TROUBLE SHOOTING AT NEXT BASE. ZONE CONTROLLER SHOWED TRIM VALVE FAULT. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AFT ZONE TRIM AIR VALVE REF B767 AMM 21-61-07. THIS CLEARS DI 48485. PLACARD REMOVED NO REACTIVATION PROCEDURES REQUIRED, AIRCRAFT VERIFIED ""NO ETOPS"" REF LP 38219-23/3"
