EMERGENCY FLOOR LIGHTING AT ROW 6A, ONE OF TWO RED LIGHTS IS BURNED OUT. FLT#5654 RELAMPED.
ON APPROACH MAX NP WENT TO 114% ON LT ENGINE. NP WAS 114% TO 95% ALL THE WAY DOWN THE APPROACH. ON LANDING, LT ENGINE NP WENT TO 21% & STAYED THAT WAY TO THE GATE. NO CONTROL ISSUES. RAN QRH. LEFT ENGINE TORQUE SURGED AFTER TAKEOFF TO 108 PERCENT, 111 PERCCENT, 109 PERCENT AND 115 PERCENT. LEFT EEC REVERTED TO MANUAL. RESET LEFT EEC AND MAINTAINED ABOUT 40 PERCENT TORQUE ON LEFT ENGINE. RIGHT ENGINE NORMAL. RETURNED TO AIRPORT AND RAN ENGINE (LEFT) AT HIGH POWER WITH EEC OFF, MEL 73-21-1. CLEANED EEC SENSOR CONNECTORS AND OHMED SYSTEM. OPS NORMAL DURING GROUND RUN.
LEFT ENGINE INADVERTENT AUTO FEATHER ON CLIMB OUT AND TORQUE WENT TO 133 PERCENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT PROPELLER AND LEFT TORQUE SIGNAL CONDITIONER, OPS CHECKS GOOD.
