DURING CRUISE FLIGHT, NR 2 ENGINE FIRE LIGHT ILLUMINATED MOMENTARILY MULTIPLE TIMES. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE NR 2 ENGINE AFT FIRE DETECTOR HARNESS.

DURING REFUELING THE NR 1 ENGINE OIL PRESSURE SLOWLY DECLINED INTO THE YELLOW RANGE DOWN TO 20 PSI, THEN DROPPED INTO RED AT 18 PSI, ENGINE WAS SECURED ACCORDING TO CHECKLIST. OIL WAS ON SIDE OF ACFT AND THE RESERVOIR WAS BELOW THE SIGHT GAUGE.

NR 3 HYD SYS FAILED. PERFORMED EMERGENCY PROCEDURES AND RETURNED TO BASE. MX FOUND THE SPLINE ADAPTER PN 92351-15284-101 HAD BACKED OFF THE DRIVE SHAFT IN THE TRANSMISSION. HYD PUMP INSTALLED HAD THE OLD STYLE SHAFT WHICH WOULD ALLOW THE SPLINE ADAPTER TO SHIFT. REPLACED THE PUMP WITH A PUMP THAT HAD A MODIFIED SHAFT TO KEEP THE SPLINE ADAPTER FROM SHIFTING AND INSTALLED A NEW SPLINE ADAPTER.

DURING CRUISE FLIGHT, THE NR 1 HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR LOW LIGHT ILLUMINATED, FOLLOWED BY OTHER ASSOCIATED LIGHTS CONFIRMING THE NR 1 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FAILURE. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM HEAT EXCHANGER RUPTURED.

ON FIRST FLIGHT OF DAY, IN CRUISE HYD SERVO ONE LIGHT FOLLOWED BY HYD PUMP ONE LIGHT AND ONE HYD PRESSURE WENT TO ZERO. FOUND PIN HOLE IN HOSE UNDER CLAMP. REPLACED HOSE AND CLAMP.
