WHILE EN ROUTE AT FL 41, AMBER, R HYD PRESS LIGHT ILLUMINATED. NOTIFIED MX & CONTINUED TO DESTINATION. ON APPROACH, BEGAN CONFIGURING AIRPLANE FOR LANDING, HYD PRESS CONTINUED TO DROP. AFTER LOWERING LG HYD PRESS WENT TO ZERO. DIVERTED & LANDED WITH FLAPS 8 DEGREES & USED EMERGENCY BRAKES TO STOP. RIGHT ENG HYD PRESS HOSE PN 6057003-11 BURST. REPLACED HOSE, FLUSHED SYS SEVERAL TIMES, FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF CONTAMINATION. REPLACED HYD PRESS REG. REPLACED BOTH ENG HYD PUMPS, PRESS & RETURN FILTERS & RIGID HYD TUBING IN RT PYLON. SERVICED SYS, PERFORMED ENG RUN, SYS OPERATES SATISFACTORY WITH NO LEAKS NOTED.
AFTER TAKEOFF, SMELLED A PETROLEUM TYPE ODOR. CLIMB OUT DURING DEPARTURE, TRIED BLEED AIR FUNCTIONS TO ISOLATE THE ODOR. TURNED ON HEAT IN CABIN AND SAW SMOKE COMING FROM VENTS. RETURNED TO AIRPORT. TURNED OFF HEAT AND SMOKE STOPPED. NO INDICATION OR IMMEDIATE THREAT OF FIRE. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AND TAXIED INTO THE RAMP. DETERMINED HYDRAULIC REGULATOR TO BE LEAKING. REPLACED HYDRAULIC REGULATOR. VERIFIED NO LEAKS AND NO SMOKE ON POST MX OPS CHECKS.
AT SCHEDULED 3,000 LANDING INSPECTION, DETERMINED UPPER FUSELAGE ELECTRICAL ACCESS PANELS AT FS380 TO BE CORRODED. UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION DETERMINED UNDERNEATH SKIN TO ALSO BE CORRODED. ACCESS PANEL REPLACED.
