AIRCRAFT EN ROUTE FROM BIH TO VCV WHEN BOTH ENGINES QUIT AT 16,000FT. AFTER DESCENDING 2,000FT PILOT WAS ABLE TO GET BOTH ENGINES RUNNING AGAIN AND THEN RETURNED TO BIH. MAINTENANCE CHECKED FUEL, FUEL WAS OK. RAN AIRCRAFT, NO PROBLEMS NOTED. FLIGHT DEPT THINKS PILOT HAD MIXTURES TOO RICH FOR THAT ALTITUDE.
COCKPIT DOOR POPPED OPEN AFTER TAKEOFF, RETURNED AND LANDED PROPERLY, SECURED DOOR AND CONTINUED WITH FLIGHT.
COCKPIT DOOR CAME OPEN AFTER TAKEOFF. RETURNED TO TEB. MAINTENANCE LUBED DOOR LATCHES AND CABLE OPS CHECKS GOOD.
CABIN DOOR CAME OPEN IN FLIGHT, RETURNED TO (CLE). ADJUSTED LINKAGE AT DOOR HANDLE. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
ON TAKEOFF, CABIN DOOR POPPED OPEN ON TOP SIDE, RETURNED TO AIRPORT. REPLACED UPPER TOP DOOR HOOK AND CHANNEL ASSEMBLY REPLACED WORN DOOR HANDLE.
