DURING APPROACH AFTER NORMAL GEAR EXTENSION FLAPS WERE SELECTED TO 15 DEGREES. A FLAP DISAGREEMENT WITH WARNINGS WAS OBSERVED FOLLOWED BY A HYDRAULIC WARNING AND COMPLETE LOSS OF BLUE SYSTEM HYDRAULICS. APPROXIMATE 10 MINUTES AFTER INITIAL FAILURE A LEFT ANTI-SKID INOP WARNING WAS OBSERVED.FOUND RIGHT NACELLE FLAP ACTUATOR TO HAVE A BROKEN SOLENOID. REPLACED ACTUATOR IAW MM 27-50-00. REPLACED RIGHT ENGINE DRIVEN HYDRAULIC PUMP ALL HYDRAULIC FILTERS. RAN ENGINE AND NO LEAKS NOTED. FLAPS OPS CHECK GOOD AND NO ANTI-SKID WARNINGS NOTED

FIRE EXTINGUISHER WAS DISCHARGED FOLLOWING QRH PROCEDURE.INSPECTED APU AND SURROUNDING AREA. FOUND TURBINE FAILURE. NO OTHER DAMAGE NOTED. INSPECTED RUDDER AND SKIN SURFACES. NO DAMAGE NOTED. REMOVED AND REPLACED LANDING GEAR SELECTOR IAW 32-31-03. PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS. OPS CHECKS GOOD. (P/N 120-38294-501) ON, (S/N 120088) ON, (S/N 120333) OFF.
AFTER TAKEOFF, RIGHT ENGINE OIL PRESSURE FLUCTUATED AND WENT TO ZERO. RETURNED TO SAN. AFTER LANDING SHUT DOWN ENGINE. CLEANED RIGHT ENGINE AND FOUND OIL CAP HALF OFF. SERVICED RIGHT ENGINE WITH 2.5 GALLONS. RAN ENGINE, NO LEAKS NOTED. NO PRESSURE FLUCTUATIONS. REPLACED OIL CAP AS PRECAUTION.
